Do not go here!!! This place has been shady since day 1. My boyfriend wanted to buy a massage for me for Valentine’s Day 2009 and saw an ad for this place. When he gave me the gift, all it was was a confirmation number, and he said that my name would also work to bring up the massage he paid for for me. I thought it strange that they did not have gift cards or certificates, but let it drift from my mind. Recently, I decided to get my massage, but could not find a phone number to make an appointment. Every number was disconnected or had generic answering machines. There was not even an address listed on their website. It only said something about serving the Bay Area and Sacramento. I had to Google the address and make an appointment online, all without receiving any sort of human communication and feeling very uneasy all the while. The website requests a credit card number and expiration date in the«Additional Information» section of the appointment, which, again, I felt to be very strange, so I just put«Gift Certificate» instead. Finally, a guy called me a bit later that day to confirm the appointment. He asked if I knew of their new location, which I answered no to and explained to him that I could not even find the address on their site and that I had to look it up on Google. He told me they moved to Oakland, CA and was wondering if I could still make it there(from Sacramento) for my massage. By this time I was so frustrated with the whole situation that I told him no and explained all my issues that I have just stated. Through it all he was very rude and insisted on interrupting me to contradict everything I said. I told him I wanted a refund, and he agreed to issue it back onto my boyfriend’s card and quickly cut me off to end the phone call. I asked him when he would do this and he said right away. Again, I was so frustrated that a gift meant to be relaxing had turned into such a mess and was eager to think that it would be taken care of. I hung up the phone and immediately regretted not getting his name and a phone number. Still have not seen that refund. Do not go here!!!
