I found about about Louizos through my insurance company after I had lost a pair of diamond earrings. I had received a list of jewelers that could do the replacements. I checked out their reviews and went to a few to check them out. As soon as I met Alex I felt, this is the place for me. She literally held my hand in the most kind and patient way through the whole process. I was really devastated and scared about everything, but Alex put me at ease. She and Louizos are experts in jewelry and can create anything you want. They are amazing. My engagement ring was purchased online and made to order. Unfortunately, it was ordered a size and half too big. It was a difficult resizing due to the diamonds on the band, but Señor Raul was able to pull it off! I could not be happier.
