Dunkin’ Donuts

Absolutely the worst donut shop in Oakville. Have used them three times to get donuts and coffee for office and have waited upwards of 30 minutes. No one else in front me and not asking for anything they have to make. Unbelievable that that many people can be standing around doing nothing – including the manager. My last visit I asked for a bag to carry everything in because I had a long ways to walk and was told they didn’t have anything else… even though their lobby had large brown bags displayed holding lots of DD stuff. Classic. Will be shopping at Ex Cop Shop or Krispy Kreme going forward.

Came here 15 minutes ago and wanting to grab something to eat. Decided to get the munchkins. I saw they were out of the chocolate ones and asked if they had any, the guy at the counter was nice and asked his 2 co-​workers if they had any back there. I guess we interrupted their conversation so one fellow yelled back, «NO!» That’s not how someone should be answering, especially in a restaurant with customers. I walked out and told my hubby I don’t like this place and told him what happened. No wonder this place have mostly bad reviews.

I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts and this one is the worst by far. The order is never right and their attention to detail about making a drink is pathetic. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They don’t seem to care and when you point out a problem with your drink order, they don’t even apologize. I won’t be back to this location. I hope the owner/​manager makes some changes to save this location. Great product, bad customer service/​experience.

Typical service and food. No issues. Tables are small for family of 5. I appreciate the military discount.

I walked into the store at about 6:30 pm on a weeknight. No one was at the counter. I stood at the counter for about five minutes. There were two workers near the back talking to one another, I could only see the one with the headset. No one in the drive through, they were not working. The worker in the headset made eye contact and then continued to talk to his coworker. I left. I will not be returning to that location.

I’ve never had any luck with this location. The parking lot is awkward to get in and out of and this DD is never as good as the Kirkwood location.

Let me preface this review by saying I have only gone through the Drive-​Thru-​2x. However the service was poor at best; downright rude would be a more accurate description. Coffee was poorly prepared-​and when I asked for cream and sugar-​it seemed like the employee was very put out. I’ve only had coffee and a latte here-​but I wouldn’t recommend either. Go to Ex-​Cop for some Kaldi’s Coffee and much better doughnuts!

2÷11÷15 Updated review: besides the times I remember to check in i come to this DD at least twice a month… I must say that this location has gotten so much better! They deserve my 4 star. The service is very friendly and most importantly have never messed up my order. They are no longer «slow» either…
They are oh so slow at this location… but still oh so sinfully good…

I have gone here twice. As another review posted, they will ask if you want sugar and cream. If you say yes, they mix it in for you (which was way too much on both for me). On my first visit I had the Bagel with Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. It was a very mediocre sandwich. I would not order it again. But on my 2^nd visit I did really enjoy the Big N’ Toasted Sandwich. We tried the donuts also, and they were average (which is not what I was expecting at their prices). QuikTrip has better and cheaper donuts. :(
Now for the service. You are given a receipt with an Order Number for sandwiches so that you can get your order when you are called. Except they do not use it, they just call out what sandwich is ready. Sure enough, orders get messed up, and people take the wrong orders (yes — it happened to me). Simple to resolve if they would just use the order number they put on receipts. On my 2^nd visit there were around 10 employees working, but most of them were goofing off. I wouldn’t care, except there wasn’t a clean table at which to sit in the restaurant.
I actually did send them feedback via their website to let them know about the bad experience. The manager responded stating they are a new location and she talked to the crew. Most new restaurants (especially chains) usually are at their best when they first open. Not sure what to expect as time goes by.
The parking lot is awkward, and you have to walk oddly around the drive through lane to get into the entrance to the store. One car was parked oddly in a driving lane in front of the restaurant, and someone had backed into a car while trying to navigate out of the parking lot. Take car as you pull into/​through/​out of the parking lot because the main entrance funnels traffic in oddly, and it is somewhat a free for all as everyone is comes in and out.

I went here since it was within walking distance to my laundromat. The new store is beautiful! Even has a drive thru in such a tight location. But… I did not have a good employee experience there. I was the only person in line, and there were 4 workers running around (only about 3 cars in the drive thru) and no one was at the front counter. The person who was cleaning behind the counter finally put down her cleaning rag to ask me what I wanted… well, actually I wasn’t sure she was talking to me because she never looked at me and positioned off to the side of the register. She asked «What can I get you»… and I didn’t respond, so she asked again and I said,
«Do you mean me?»… I ordered a coffee and asked for a vanilla coffee (mind you I am used to the places that have the cream/​sugar/​substitutes off to the side so you can put them in yourself) They seemed set off by my asking to put in the sweetener myself. And gave me 3 Splenda packets. I asked for a few more bec I like a little coffee with my Splenda. She looked at me for a minute and then went and got some more and placed it in the bag.
I was tempted by a blueberry cake donut. Got one, and when I took a bite I wasn’t thrilled and tossed it away… Not calorie worthy.
Won’t go back for coffee or donuts.
But on the plus side the patio is awesome for good weather enjoyment. (though you might smell gas fumes from the drive thru)

If I could give a zero I would. First off location is terrible trying to get out of parking lot in the morning is terrible. But let’s go to the food donuts are good I’ve had better but they aren’t bad. Service is terrible came through drive thru on December 18^th and they claimed their drink machine was down so offered other drink it wasn’t for me but I made change then all the sudden machine fixed so they gave that drink as well However here I am in a car and they are handing me a total of 4 drinks with NO drink carrier I asked if they had one and was told not right here.(confusing if not there then where? to lazy to go get one) I get into traffic after waiting forever and look over and on my seat is drink spillage because apparently the drive thru worker couldn’t properly put on lids. This place wont last long with poor service and bad location such as Starbucks didn’t make it on Telegraph. For better service and equally good product visit Donut Stop in Lemay or Ex-​Cop donut on Telegraph I tried to call and complain when I got to work but there was no answer go figure

Dunkin Donuts is back and better than ever! If you are looking for great coffee at a reasonable price, then you have come to the right place! Even though Dunkin Donuts are know for their AWESOME donuts, they also have breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal and a few other breakfast goodies.
If you are a coffee lover, then it is a must that you stop by Dunkin Donuts and grab a cup of pure heaven!!!
