The Hollow Coffee and Ice Cream

This is my new favorite place ever. Everyone is so nice oh my goodness. I love love love this place. Such a cute atmosphere.

Wonderful coffee shop that is still gaining momentum. Great staff who always smile and have suggestions on what to try. I love the atmosphere and the coffee is amazing. I’ve also tried the frozen yogurt and was very pleased. Their baked goods look delightful and from my understanding they are all homemade too! I look forward to my after work pick me up from the hollow :)

Yesterday we actually saw the ad for this sweet shop before our movie… We were thinking «wow, that sounds good!» After dinner tonight we took a ride over to check it out. What a calming beautiful place inside. It was pretty empty when we went but I am hoping after movies get out everyone makes their way over to this location. We put in our order, first size of the ice cream, choice of chocolate of vanilla, then your ingredients. Included you get 3, and then each additional is a extra small charge. I went for Banana’s, Reese’s peanut butter cups and cookie dough. There were so many choices! I also ordered a waffle cone on the side.
They put all the ingredients into a cone and blend it up. When it comes out it is super smooth and all your choices are in the ice cream. The waffle cone was very tasty as well, you could smell the vanilla!
The bathroom was very clean and I am totally stealing the look for a future home as the floor and wall were beautiful!
There are a couple sets of couches and high tables, as well as low tables. Along the wall of high tables there are several outlets also. The coffee choices looked great but didn’t try them this time.
The ambience is very chill and the music playing is a feel of calm coffee shop. I could sit there all day. While we were there a cover of a beyonce song was on and didn’t recognize it until half way through as it was very calming.
Defenitely check this place out! You wont be disappointed!

Come across this place going to Shoe Carnival next door. I was in the mood for a latte. But ended up trying the pumpkin milk shake. Very good. I like the fact they use real whipped cream. The variety is somewhat limited but they are in the early stages of a new business. And I’m sure they will expand the variety all in all Great place to check out.

I went here as soon as I heard that they were open to encounter a great double shot of espresso, and if you know what’s up you know very well that a good espresso is very difficult to find in a small town, served by very friendly staff in a beautifully decorated spacious setting. I really have no complaints, and am super excited for everything they have planned for the future. I highly recommend this place and will be frequently frequenting them absolutely.

I do not do Starbucks or any other coffee shop but I am going to make this a regular stop. They have a great staff that greets you with a smile and very friendly service.
I had a waffle cone with vanilla icecream and blackberries. I also had a regular coffee. My wife had vanilla ice cream with raspberries. I had to snitch a taste of hers. Both were very tasty. Cannot wait to go back and add cheesecake to the mix. Will have a hard time choosing the berry though.
