I wish I could give it 0 stars. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE! Absolutely horrible food. It was pretty busy looking outside cuz it was such a nice day but we sat inside. The waitress barely spoke English. Our drinks came out pretty quickly. We ordered calamari and it tasted horrible. The oil smelled horrible and it was a disgusting dark brown color. It didn’t come with any lemon and it was bland. My cousin ordered mussels and they were extremely bland and it came with a sing slice of lemon smaller the size of a bite size snickers. We asked for lemon for it but our waitress was no where in sight for about 20 minutes, there was a busboy who we called over but he looked at us and walked away. We finally got a random waitress and asked her for some lemon and she had this disgusted face on and said in a heavy accent «I get you lemon» she brought A SINGLE LEMON, OF THE SAME SIZE, ON A FORK! When our food finally came out my eggplant Parmesan was soggy and didn’t have a crispy crust. The spaghetti and sauce was gross the sauce was bland and the pasta was disgustingly chewy. My dads chicken was chewy and bland. My moms surf and turf that cost $ 30 DOLLARS was absolutely disgusting. They gave her a disgusting grey looking ball that was a extremely sorry excuse FOR MEAT. We ordered Mac and cheese for my brother and it looked exactly like krafts Mac and cheese we make for him at home for 2 dollars. The Mac and cheese was $ 6 and was cold when it came out. When the waitress came out she asked if it was all good and before anyone could say anything I said it wasn’t, I did not like any of it and just looked at her. She asked my parents and they kindly said that they didn’t like it either. I wanted to talk to a manager over the problem but my parents wouldn’t let me they just wanted to leave. We spent $ 122 on utter shit.
Overall the food was of very poor quality, bland, and OVER PRICED. This is my first review on Unilocal because I felt it was absolutely necessary to inform the public of this extremely sad excuse of a restaurant.
NEVER go in here, it’ll just ruin your day.

Bought a $ 18 margarita found 2 pcs of metal in the first couple sips and the coronitas in it were both skunky. Will never go there again.

My family and I went there for dinner. We were seated immediately. We waited 45 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. After we ordered our food we waited another 45 minutes to get the food. After the wait I tried my basil salmon dish and immediately spat it out. Unfortunately my very hungry family didn’t make it very far through their dishes either. The cups and folks were dirty, soda was flat, milkshake tasted like spiked milk, food was horrible. It was the worst experience of my trip. I felt bad that I wasted so much time at this place because by the time we left all of the other restaurants had closed. I will never recommend nor eat here. And the customer service beyond getting you to sit down sucks.

The food was terrible and the service was bad, the chicken i ordered was all extra chewy. I told the server that the chicken was bad and she said «ok» and walked away. The only good thing this place has is that is by the boardwalk. Please keep walking.

My family is sitting at the table right now sweating our nuts off (and Im a female) because apparently AC is out off the question. I’m not going to take up more of my day to warn you but steer clear. There is literally sweat dripping down my leg. Waitress almost grabbed my husband’s English muffin with her bare hands to retoast it. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. We’re staying at this hotel so it was convenient. and they advertise a «buffet» which come to. find out, has allof four items to choose from. I decided not to eat anything with my family because I got a bad feeling. yet I couldnt bring my complimentary coffee from our lobby and sit with them because «outside beverages not allowed». Food was nothing special. At all. Feel like we were bent over… rushed into sitting and ordering, then totally unaccomodating. No… sorry. your eggs come with toast. If you want a different type of bread, you will need to pay full price for your meal and not get the toast, then pay for the extra order of other bread. While you sweat your nuts off. And deal with our pushy waitstaff.
Damn. Wish we found it earlier.

This place is Horrible NO MANAGEMENT !!! No accountability … They serve breakfast Buffett till 11am walked in at 10:40 am asked if it was still open answer yes mind you its 9.99 per person all the food was ice cold none of the burners was on. all I can get out of the unmanaged employees was sorry. I asked to speak to a manager they said we don’t have one so I’m guessing it’s a free for all … They charged me 32.98 for this. Just ridiculous. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed in OC for two weekends this summer and frequently ate at Brother’s Bistro. Our food was always fresh, tasted great, and was reasonably priced. Between the pizza, crab cakes, burgers, and breakfast options, you can’t go wrong. Even my daughter, who is notoriously picky with her food, loved the pizza and spaghetti.
The girls working at the restaurant are very friendly and patient. In short, a great place to eat on the boardwalk. Highly recommended!

I came here twice for breakfast. Bother were ‘meh’ experiences. Food is very underwhelming for the price point you pay, but you simply can’t beat that patio view overlooking the ocean.
It was really neat to see all the activity going on in the ocean from the patio we were seated. Seeing the dolphins was the highlight of this breakfast aside from the company.
If you do get something that is priced reasonably — get the 2−2−2. You’ll thank me later. Also, the omlets aren’t terrible either.

Went here on a whim, when it started raining as we walked up the boardwalk. I got the Crabcake sandwich. Average at best. My wife got a chicken quesadilla figuring it would be safe. It was tasteless and they sent it out with ketchup instead of salsa??? Not recommended. I guess if your located on the boardwalk you don’t have to try hard. It’s a shame. The place looks really nice, but if the foods isn’t good that’s not going to matter long.

It’s not perfect, but it doesn’t disappoint! The menu is vast, and there’s plenty for non-​seafood lovers to enjoy. There are quite a few Italian inspired options, and this time around my husband and I split a Mediterranean pizza with added crab, and we loved it. My daughters ordered a hot dog and a meatball sub, and they both enjoyed their choices. We also had crab dip which was lovely with the fried pita chips and french fries dipped into it. I’ve been here a few times, and I also LOVE the crab quesadilla at lunch time! You can fit a double stroller on the deck, which makes it a win for our family, but the food really is awesome too! We were fortunate and had a great server each time, but I could see others at the restaurant who had to wait longer for their food and weren’t checked on too often, and those customers were understandably not happy.

Came here for breakfast. They served us «food». I don’t think it was really food like you and I know it though.
Eggs were burnt. Sausage was some of the worst stuff I’ve ever touched. It was like someone burned a Slim Jim. On top of that it was all doused in salt.
It gets 2 stars for the view, and the fact that we won’t ever be forced to return.

Well they get cuto’s on clever word placement ($ 3.99 daily specials Monday thru friday breakfast buffet) don’t get confused they are two different things the buffet is $ 8.00 per person and the choc milk was $ 3.50 a glass fruit juices were $ 3.50 a glass so for a party of 5 bill came to $ 72.00…eek …if I wanted to pay those pries for powdered eggs and mid grade bacon I would have stayed at home… the plus side is the fresh cut fruit salad and the sausage and the French toast and the potatoes were off the hook best ones I have ever had…

Came here with a large group on a Saturday night as we were exploring the boardwalk. I didn’t read the other Unilocal reviews until after we ordered our drinks so I honestly had pretty low expectations.
I had the pepperoni pizza and the hubby had the chicken cheese steak sandwich. The food was actually decent. Prices were average. Overall, better than I had expected after reading the bad reviews.
The waitress and service was pretty good and we didn’t experience any long waits with our orders, contrary to what other reviewers said.

Best pizza my family has had in a very long time and our waitress was extremely nice too. Surprised to see so many negative reviews. We’re going back there again tonight!

The other night, we (1 other adult and 4 kids) walked the boardwalk to find somewhere for dinner. We wanted to eat outside since it was such a nice evening. Brothers Bistro had empty tables so we decided to give it a try. The server said they weren’t busy so everything should come out quickly. It took 30 minutes just to get our drinks! We ordered the appetizer sampler for $ 19.99 because it had something for everyone (chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, shrimp poppers and buffalo wings). Absolutely NOTHING was fresh! It was ALL frozen and not «Costco» frozen. The shrimp poppers were frozen shrimp (tails on) with some sort of cheese and fried. Gross! We did not finish the plate. This is notable since there were 2 teenage boys that finish EVERYTHING! Our 2 11 year old girls wanted to share the ravioli. They each wanted a different sauce, so I asked if the sauce could come on the side. I was told no, it HAS to have a sauce. Huh? I’m pretty sure you don’t cook ravioli with the sauce. My boyfriend, my son and I were sharing the white pizza with jalapeños. Our other teenage boy ordered the soft shell crab sandwich. Finally, the pizza arrived. It was COVERED with jalapeños. Now, I LOVE jalapeños, but not half a jar on my pizza. Other than that, the pizza was good. Did I mention that none of the other meals had been brought out yet and the restaurant WAS NOT crowded? Finally the other food arrived. The ravioli looked good and we asked for another plate so they could share. They finished before that extra plate arrived. Once our server asked if the appetizer was OK. I told her it was mediocre at best.. She didn’t say anything. We asked for the check and I took the girls inside to use the restroom. It was EMPTY except for maybe 10 people! I have no idea why it took so long to get our drinks, our food, anything! All in all, it was the WORST meal I’ve had in a long time along with the worst service. I see why there wasn’t a crowd! Don’t bother going!

Once of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Usually I read up on Unilocal reviews before going somewhere, but I was just going with the flow with people who were interested in their margarita deal they had advertised.
The waitress was initially fairly nice, but that eventually turned sour as the afternoon wore on. Went with a group of people but we sat at three different tables and when we went in the place was empty, save maybe a couple people at the bar.
We did have a large group, but I think we were more than patient. One of our tables that mostly got drinks (bulldog margarita) did seem to have a good time despite the ridiculous wait. Other two got food and some drinks. I’ll say the bar was OK, although they were very limited in how much they could make at a time.
But holy cow, the wait was ridiculous. We probably spent an hour and a half just waiting for our food in a mostly empty restaurant. Some people got dinged without the waitress warning that the bread for the pasta was extra (which they got at her suggestion). That is something that one could lay at their feet since it is noted in the menu, but just letting you know.
The food itself was mediocre and overpriced. Probably reheated soup, they couldn’t cook a steak medium-​rare (came out well done). If the food came out more quickly and there hadn’t been upcharges, this probably would’ve been a meh experience. When some people complained, the manager argued to comp some shots and desserts but not any of the upcharges, and no one wanted to stay any longer.
It’s a pity they’ll probably stay open and won’t change a thing thanks to all the tourists wandering in from the boardwalk. If you must go, stick to the drinks, maybe roll the dice with the pizza.

I think depending on the foreigner you get as your waiter really depends on on your experience. We had a great guy who really took care of us.
The meat lovers pizza was really good and not nearly as greasy as I expected. The mango colada was nice but was really weak on the alcohol…
The chicken scampi is a miss, bland and tasteless.
Chicken parm is pretty solid.

This place may have great food. but I will never know!
We visited this place yesterday for breakfast. It took the waitress about 15 – 20 minutes to even just acknowledge us & when she finally made her way to our table and says «I have 6 other tables, Can we please be quiet will the others ordered? I am in a rush» in a heavy accent. I have waited on tables before, for many years so I understand the busy morning rush. but ummmm excuse me. there was NO customer services skills in that statement whatsoever. Since we were hungry we went along and just ordered out drinks & food.
We realized it’s a busy Sunday so the food might take longer than expected, but we were at least looking forward to our drinks. We wait… and wait… and wait… 15 minutes later not even the waters we had ordered had been brought to us. We approach the hostess and explain to her that no drinks had been brought on. She assures us someone would bring them right out… & again we wait. and wait and wait still 10 minutes later. no drinks.
We literally just walked up and walked out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The restaurant has an ideal location with great views. sucks that they cannot hire people that actually want to provide service to customers.

On a weekday in March, this was the only place that I found open for lunch between Rehobeth and OC! I was pretty set on eating by the beach so even though I found the menu unimpressive, I got a table.
I was able to snag the wi-​fi from the HoJo upstairs while waiting for my food on the boardwalk adjacent deck.
I ordered the crab dip as there was nothing on the menu that really interested me. It wound up being edible but not much better than that.
The man serving was the owner, I think, and was very very friendly and provided good service. In addition to service, this is a fab location! These two points alone earn this place an extra star.
I imagine that in the summer this could be a great deck to enjoy some drinks on and maybe share a little nibble but I wouldn’t advise anyone to come very hungry.
