My friends and I come here pretty often and we love the food! But today when we came in, we had the absolute worst service we’ve ever had. The girl that helped us had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced. They completely messed up my sandwich, (which wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but I physically can not eat dairy products) and I specifically asked for the ranch and cheese to be removed. I was going to suck it up and deal with the stomach ache, but the young lady who took our order was just so absolutely rude that my friend just had to say something. As we walked from the counter to our table, the girl and her friend proceeded to talk about my friends and I. I don’t understand how someone can get a job in the service industry and be so awful at communicating with people. It was ridiculous. So unprofessional.

I’m not sure why I’m seeing so many bad reviews. We eat here a few times a month and we’ve never had any service issues or food issues. It’s a typical mcallisters. Great food, good service. We love their salads and King club.

Called to place an order for French Dip. Instead of asking for French Dip I mistakenly said French Onion Dip. The guy on the phone waisted 5 minutes of my time telling me they did not serve French Onion Dip and «never have in the 2 years that he’s worked there». I then ask if they sold any other dips because and he said just rotel… after getting off the phone with him I looked at the menu and realized my mistake. I called back to place the order and asked for French Dip and the guy proceeded to say «yes we serve French Dip… why would you waste 10 minutes of my time saying you didn’t serve French Onion Dip and let me get off the phone instead of saying «mam did you mean French Dip?»

One word. Awful. Thought it would be hard to mess up sandwiches but they achieved it. Sloppy, left off the cheese and Bacon to the club I ordered. The guacamole on another sandwich was brown. Just an awful place.

The food was fine, service was terrible! After waiting almost 30 minutes for my food the waitress tries to bring me something that I did not order. She then asks me what I ordered and after I tell her she asks, «Are you sure?» Really?! Because I don’t know what I ordered… finally brought out my food and NO APOLOGY for the wait! Like I said the food was fine, but the service sucked!
