I’m so happy that Oceanside has a yogurt place like this so close to my house. When the Pinkberry craze started I got hooked to Original Tart flavored frozen yogurt; it reminds me of those small Asian yogurt drinks that I loved, and still love, as a kid. I used to go to Yogurtland in Irvine when I was down from school visiting friends and was super excited to hear that a place like it had opened at home. Price: — $.36 per ounce The inside of this place is great: it’s clean and has lots seating. The yogurt selection is also good. I’m not a huge fan of really sweet frozen yogurt so I always stick to the tarts, usually the Original Tart. They selctoin of toppings is great too. They always have lots of fresh fruit that isn’t all mashed up and plenty of other non-fruit toppings including syrups. My favorite is mochi and almonds, although last time I went in there weren’t any almonds. Basically a great light dessert place. Also make sure you get a stamp card and get it stamped each time: I got my last yogurt for free! But do be careful, it can get expensive fast if you don’t watch the weight.

This place had a nice relaxing area to sit and enjoy our tasty treat. The frozen Yogurt is very good but the price got up there in a fast hurry and that was my only downfall!

A bit pricey but the yogurt is great. If your in the mood for«just a taste» ur gonna feel like ur wasting paper. There is only one cup size… so it makes u wanna fill-er up. its MONDO. I get it though, im part of a sneaky corporation.

The yogurt isn’t as creamy as The Yogurt Shack in Carlsbad. That’s why I deducted a star. But other than that, it’s a very delicious yogurt shop. The fresh fruit is a great option because my daughter loads it up. Everything is so clean and neat and nice. The kids that work there are very friendly… makes you feel like you’re in a small town. I like this place! Next, we want to try the soul food place next door.

Okay, I like this place. I have to admit it’s pretty damn good. There’s 12 different flavors to choose from at any given time and one of them is even sugar-free which always earns an extra plus because my Gramps is diabetic and I’m always searching for things I can get him. Plus all the toppings you want and it’s only 36 cents an oz. They even give a discount to students and military. And the staff is super friendly! They have a much wider variety of cup sizes now, which I love. I hope they bring back the Hawaiian Punch flavor because it was the BESTTTTT.

At first I thought, «Wow, another frozen yogurt place» because I was still hooked on Fresh O. But Berry Swirl has so much to offer in comparison to other yogurt places I’ve been. The first frozen yogurt place I went to was in Huntington Beach and it opened the door to the quest of finding the best frozen yogurt place in our area. Berry Swirl is quickly becoming that place. I’ve been to some nice family owned yogurt spots, some over populated yogurt joints, and Berry Swirl is a good mix of what I envisioned a self-serve yogurt place should be. It’s spacious, they offer a good variety of flavors; none that are too off the wall that it wouldn’t be able to go well with certain toppings. They offer a helluva lot of toppings, from fresh fruit to candy and nuts. Their staff is always really welcoming and the only person you have to blame for an 8 dollar yogurt is yourself. But in this case, if you made it, it should probably be the best thing ever anyways. at least for me it has been.

I think a little piece of me likes this place as a hang out spot more than a yogurt place because the price can be a little much. I picked out a size that would normally cost around $ 3.00 at Golden Spoon and ended up paying around $ 5.00. This is a cozy place, well designed and has free wi-fi. Very nice, check out the photos. When you walk in, it is a sort of «yogurt buffet». You choose any kind of yogurt you want, serve it yourself and add any number of topping you choose. They weigh your creation and you pay 32 cents an ounce. My bad boy creation ended up being around a full pound. Love the fresh fruit and great topping! fun place to go, this one is only around 3-month old and just off of Oceanside Blvd.

This frozen yogurt is sweet, tart, and delicious! The shop is really clean and bright. The staff is friendly and they answered my questions. I got original tart with mango, raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry. The fruit was fresh. I was excited to see it because I was having to go all the out to San Marcos for White Cup. Berry Swirl Is way better!
