Can we have one in the east coast! Maryland please! This was what I needed once arriving! My cousin knew I was hungry upon arrival and asked what I wanted to eat. I know anything big deal out there lol. We came here and I got everything large lol. And the strawberry milkshake was the
. The fries were delicious. And chicken sandwich was amazing. I really wish we had a Carl’s Jr. In MD. Now to visit until I visit to eat this again. Until next time

This is on the corner of Douglas and north river road… I don’t usually come and eat here but decided to do a quick drive thru run and got the #2… Quick service less than 2 min wait. Drive thru is open 24hrs a day dine is open to 11pm.
Burger was messy and flavorless tomato was soggy The fries were cold! Only reason for the 3 stars was because of the location and hours !

Disgusting. Nothing better than a big, juicy burger & hot fries, except everything. This location is horrible… not once have my fries been fresh, they’re ALWAYS clumped together in a grease ball and soaked through their carton like they’ve been sitting there since the night before.

Very quick service and polite workers. Just got the rime for lunch after busy day, serched and found this place. The stuff is awesome, and happy customers!

There is nothing in the food world I love more than a Carl’s Jr burger. We drive-​thru about once a month and fill my need. This particular location is closest to my home, we’ve been here a handful of times and recently it has been awful. We drove thru last week, only to pay and park for 25 minutes. When our food arrived at the car door 25 minutes later the order was all wrong (gave us the wrong burgers), the guy forgot our drinks, forgot my daughters fries and her toy. Thank god we didn’t drive off right? So my husband takes it back in there where he asks nicely to get the correct order this time (the correct order was on the receipt right?! How hard could it be?) Well we waited and waited. Meanwhile I look over and see another man was frustrated and parked as well, waiting for his food.
So my husband finally comes back with our food, to find the order was wrong AGAIN. The guy in the car next to me was pissed storming in from his car to get a refund. We waited. It took an hour and 15 minutes to finally get our food. I will NEVER come here again. The manager is rude (and clearly isn’t doing his job) and the people working there are clueless… It’s called «fast food» I could’ve went to a nice restaurant with real food and been served quickly with friendly waiters. Fast food is supposed to be easy but this was just a pain in my butt. Like I said, I will never ever come here again.

I live close to this place & normally it is very convenient to go here & have food. Recently the customer service has been HORRIBLE! I went there last week for dine-​in. As I waited more than ten minutes to even be greeted, two customers (one drive-​thru, the other dine-​in) were having major issues with their order. The entire time I’m waiting to even be acknowledged & never was, although I was waiting to be serviced well before the person came in from drive thru with an incorrect order. Ten minutes later I’m finally having my order taken by the manager. Not once did he apologize for the wait & was very unfriendly for a manager. I proceeded to place my order & everything was fine. I returned Tuesday night to have a burger. Upon walking in the restaurant, the cashier greeted me with an eye roll instead of a hello. Extremely rude considering the price you pay for most of their menu items. You’d think they would gladly make you feel welcome. I did not feel this at all. I proceeded to place my order (western burger add mayo). Normally this takes no longer than a few minutes. Someone placed an order after mine. A burger combo meal to be exact. This person had their order ahead of mine. I waited patiently but started to seethe once I used the restroom & came back to my table empty & no burger ready. I went back to the counter at this point and requested a refund. Bottom line is customer service is key!

This place is the average… Average full garbage cans, average three minute wait time, average fake smile from the cashier. But honestly, average is way better than other places are doing! So this is a location that I trust. I trust them to keep the tables clean as always, and I trust that their food will continue on with the standard that they always have.

Eeeeeewwwww! DISGUSTING!!! Came home and found a wad of lint, dirt, and hair attached to some fries in the container. Looked like the fries had been dropped on the floor and picked back up and put in the container. Threw it all out, not knowing what else was containmented. Called the store. They had to find someone to translate from English to spanish — Seriously?!? Last I checked, this was an ENGLISH speaking country. I complained about the lint wad found with the fries. Then I was told «What do you want me to do about it?» I was outraged. NO apologies. Just a cavalier attitude, like ‘so?’ I said the situation was disgusting and I was making a complaint to the corporate office. Then hung up. I think I’ll call the Health Dept on this place. That was really DISGUSTING!
