This is the worst chipotle I have ever been and I’m a big chipotle fan. I have given this location many attempts and they have always come up short. This place is a disgrace to the chipotle brand. The chicken is so gross, overcooked and burnt. My family and I have complained about this location to corporate several times still no changes since it’s opened. Not only is the food quality terrible to make matters worse the serve and employees are just as bad. Terrible customer service they could care less about the product they put out. They also try to put as little as possible in your burrito bowls you have to beg them to give you just a little more. They’re also rude too when you try and ask for a little more. Overall this place is just terribly run. I’ll keep going to the old country road one in garden city.

Keep in mind I’m a chipotle person already. I’ve been a here a few times before and basically has the same experience, so I figured id review it.
Nice open eating area, good music, and lots of light make a pleasant place to eat the food. The guys behind the glass are polite and helpful with any questions. everything looked fresh, and smelled good. As far as I could tell it was clean too. Cashier was polite too, and made sure I didn’t forget anything.
Of course the food was amazing. Fresh, spicy, and lots of flavor.
The cashier even followed up to make sure I enjoyed it. Great job guys! Thanks again

The food is fine, and the staff was nice. They move at a snail’s pace though. I also have a gripe about their guac; this is the only location that the guac is SO bland. I’ve been to this location twice, more than a month apart between visits, and the guac just lacks the right flavor. It needs extra lime juice and salt. all the other chipotles are spot on with their guac. Just leaves something to be desired. Oh well, not the worst thing. The other ingredients are good, and parking is plentiful.

Worst location I have ever been to and I am a huge Chipotle fan. Manager is rude and unprofessional, how about get rid of her and start over with this location! Came here for the last time on 2÷25÷16. The restaurant is dirty, the service is slow and manager does not care. Moe’s Southwest Grill is not as good but would much rather go there because it is clean and pleasant staff.

I have been to this location several times usually during lunch. There is rarely a line and if there is one it moves pretty fast.
I thoroughly enjoy the burritos here. I tried the baracoa burrito, delicious! First time that I tried it. The burrito bowls are great too.
Staff seems to enjoy working here and are always polite. Dining area is ok in size. Plenty of parking.

My last and final visit to this particular location was this past summer. This Chipotle was never my favorite (something was also off whenever I got my burritos here) but was convenient for when I came to the beach. This last time however, was the deciding factor for me.
I ordered the chicken and steak burrito with a patron margarita and chips and dip. While my chips and margarita were fine, my burrito was horrible! The meat was undercooked. My steak was pink and rubbery. Never have I been unable to finish a burrito at Chipotle and trust me, I’m a Chipotle enthusiast. I was so disappointed but didn’t have the energy to fold up my beach chair and drive back to complain.
Just beware of the meat because while some Chipotle’s are great, others fall short. I’m not trying to get food poisoning!

Dirty and slow. The manager was leaning against a wall behind the counter for our entire visit talking to 3 other employees who were also not doing anything. Not a single clean table, floor all dirty, and line out the door. Only 3 employees making food for customers. Lettuce was brown and so was the guac. Chicken pieces were like crumbs. Rice was shiny with oil but it was hard. Why is this Chipolte like this?! Not going back and that’s a shame.

I believe this Chipotle is lacking empowerment big time, between the last time I visited this restaurant and the most recent visit which were 3 months apart they have not improved… they need to step it up big time if they want to get testaurantour any time in the future

Big fan of chipotle and despite some of the negative reviews regarding this location I had a very positive experience here, the line was to the front door and it moved pretty quick, as I approached the counter the employee greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and assisted me with my large order to go perfectly, The cashier was just as friendly and the place looked very clean and well organized, when I got home my order included everything that I requested and was still piping hot and absolutely delicious living up to the standards of chipotle so there you have it this location is great and chipotle is one of my favorite Mexican chain restaurants that never ever disappoints!

From my personal experiences, the line at Chipotle during lunch hours is absurd… not here. On many occasions, I’ve walked in during peak hours and went right to the front of the line… what’s better than that?!
The employees here are very courteous and never rush you along. The food doesn’t differentiate from other Chipotle’s, so it’s hard to give them a higher rating. After dining here on several occasions, the restaurant tables and silverware station are always clean and stocked.
If I had to criticize this location, it’d be for their inconsistent portions. I get the same order every time, and sometimes I feel short-changed. Even though this location is far from my office, I’ll always go out of my way to get Chipotle!

Just got of the there after a 20-min-wait, and had to write a review. The staff is nice but they are clearly overwhelmed. Chicken undercooked, very very chewy. Every bite is chewy as if I’m eating a fat steak. Unless it’s the quality of chicken which makes me doubt where they get supplied from and if it is at all natural (no antibiotics). When you enter a big sign is hanging, on your left, that loudly states No More than 50 people allowed at this premises. I counted 54 and about 10 more walked in after that. Of course there are people walking out too, it rotates but consistently more than 50 at one time were in tonight. They either need to hire more people or train their current staff to be more efficient (again, they ARE nice) because 20 min wait for this type of food establishment is not to be expected. This location is way too hectic.

Nestled within the stripped mall Chipotle chain restaurant definitely a meal within itself. This is my first time visiting this store locator. They“ve done an excellent job bring natural light and furniture selection wisely for this location. Very Retro and eco-friendly. For a 3pm take out order of steaks on hard taco, absolutely no line @ all. DON’T understand how the server preparing my steak taco and gets everything wrong. Women repeated everything I said., yet she STILL got my order incorrectly. Second server took over replacing the incorrect taco. After I repeated what I wanted on my taco: guacamole., sour cream., medium sauce., lettuces. He only put the steak on the taco. And placed the rest into separate mini plastic cups. First I actually thought it was for any customer. Discovered it was mines., when it was my turn to pay. Perplexed. Otherwise I would rate my visit a 5 Star. But unfortunately I can’t. GET A RATING OF 3

the workers here are rude and dont care about your order. Plus why the heck would I want to spend $ 14 on a meal with little portions?
I rather just go to taco bell forget MOES or this place TACO bell is way better and cheaper
You would think with a new location opening up they would make sure it runs smoothly and hire the right workers. I dont get how you can hire people with attitudes. Like if you dont want to work here and you know you are dealing with customers find a new place to work.

There is got to be a reason why this location is always empty and the other chipotles have a 20 minute Line all the time. The food here tastes bad the workers do not know how to build a burrito and the bottom line I blame it all on failed Managment. Went in today for a second try and I am sick to my stomach. First time visiting. It’s 6pm on a Sunday night. Was met with a locked door, a «Sorry, we’re closed», and no explanation. Nice.
Granted, line inside was insanely long = slow service. Get your burritos in order Chipotle.

As a recent fan of Chipotle I am happy to see one open up in Oceanside. I didn’t even know they were opening today but happened to be at that shopping center and saw the lights on. Needless to say I had a delicious lunch and it wasn’t even that long of a line. Got the half Chicken half Barbacoa burrito and the only issue was that the meat was a bit cold. Otherwise perfect. Looking forward to having Chipotle in Oceanside.
