Lagunas Garage Door

In my 68 years I have had many garage doors repaired. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. They answered all my questions over the phone, no «blah, blah, tech has to come out» etc. Owner (it is a one man shop) was there, Sat AM as promised, door was done quickly (new springs, tune up). He did find one bad roller and offered to replace it for 5.00. No massive up sell here! I elected to have all the rollers done for 50.00
Yes, I also called many of the other higher reviewed companies. I went with the home town local guy and am glad I did.

The right side spring on my garage door broke. I replaced the left side spring in January. Wish I would’ve called Sal back in January. The company that came out back then screwed up and forgot to at put back the center bering, which scored the tube over the last 8 months. Over time, the tube would’ve snapped in half causing more damage to the door or to hurt someone. Sal was very reasonably priced and explained everything efficiently. I would recommend Laguna Garage Doors to everyone. He’s your guy! Thanks Sal for a great job!

Our glass window on our garage door broke because we opened it while it was locked. Accidently pushed the button while it was manually locked. Called 3 companies. The first one was Lagunas Garage Door. Gave me a very good impression but he wasn’t available that day. Called another company but they said to call a glass store cuz they don’t do such installation. So, I called the glass store and it got too complicated. Called Lagunas back and so glad that I waited. It was only a 2 day wait anyways. Esa really knows his stuff. Whatever he explained to me over the phone was what he did and much more. He was very detailed. Very happy with his work. Thank you Esa!

So our garage door spring busted on us a few weeks ago and forced us to walk to our front door. The good thing, we got some exercise; the bad, what an inconvenience especially when I had groceries and bags of stuff. It was time to get it repaired.
I reached out to friends asking for a referral and was given Esa of Lagunas Garage Door. When I called him, he was very professional, answered my questions and asked me a lot of questions about the garage. He was polite and forthright with me, and gave me a quote based on the info I provided. However, he strongly advised that he stop by the house to inspect it himself. It would be a free estimate. We scheduled the visit that evening (Tuesday).
He came to our home and inspected the garage door. He pointed out all the things that needed to be repaired and advised us on the ones that needed immediate attention. We knew our garage door needed some TLC fast, so we weren’t surprised with his findings. We created an action plan for the next couple months to not put so much financial stress on us.
Here we are today, 2 days later (Thursday), and our garage door is fixed. I’m so happy to be able to use the garage door again. My overall experience with Esa was beyond what I expected. He’s professional, honest, reliable and provided quality customer service. You can tell he takes pride in his work and it shows.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who lives in North County Inland or Coastal!

i live out in winchester and lagunas garage door came all the way out here. he was on time and explained to me what he was going to do and why. i called him out to fix my squeak and he did that plus more. i had been telling him how i wanted to get rid of my plastic rollers and he installed some new ball bearing rollers fairly quick and for a very good price. overall very reasonable rates very informative and helpful. would recommend to anyone who is looking for any services to their garage door.
