Humberto was on time for the free inspection, work was done at a very fair price, and he has made himself available to revisit to explain in detail what woodwork requires repair and replacement so that we can sell the house. Really good people!

For several years I used a large nationwide termite company and received the absolute worst customer service. I recently searched for a new termite treatment company and found Lights R Out. Humberto and his team from Lights R Out Termites did a through inspection and treatment, providing fantastic customer service. They are knowledgeable, prompt, honest and fair. I will use them in the future and can highly recommend them. My thanks to them.

Had a termite problem and Humberto came out and did a thorough inspection and explained to me step by step the few simple things he needed me to do and he took care of the rest. It is clearly Humberto cares about his customer and puts customer satisfaction as his primary concern. You won’t find a more honest businessman out there. I would recommend him again to anyone in need of service.

The Lights Out Crew go above and beyond! That always makes me happy! I had them tent my house — they were better priced than the «big guys» and telephone and personal interaction blew the other guys out of the water.
Some damage needed to be fixed/​replaced from those hungry termites and Humby and Danny took care of it all from start to finish.
Only one company worth calling — you will be happy you did.

We’ve used this company for more fumigation jobs than I can count. They are honest, reliable and great to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone working on a real estate transaction. They go out of their way to meet the timeframes that are required and are quick to provide reports. We had tried several different companies before finding Lights Out.
