The whole team is completely unresponsive. I dropped off a set of plans 2 weeks ago for an HOA, and have been calling to follow up daily, not getting any response. I finally got a hold of Judy today, who told me that «they are going out of business». It’s no wonder… She apparently passed my information off to a new management company, but never bothered to tell me, so not only have I not been getting any responses, but I have been chasing the wrong company now for 2 weeks…

I would not recommend this company for your property management. I watched Judy, the owner, bully and intimidate people at HOA meetings. She is rude and arrogant. She overcharges for everything. Is very unprofessional and unethical. She took advantage of our community. Beware!
