DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALMA!!! She is a scam artist. We stayed at one of her beach houses. Boy was that a mistake i wish i could take back. First we showed up and the place was still being cleaned, not really that big of a deal but i should have known there would be more problems. Then the fridge starts leaking water and had to have the maintenance person come over and fix it. Then the alarm started going off and had to spend time out of our vacation to wait for the alarm company to come over and fix the alarm. Now 3 months after we stayed at the house she wont send us our $ 150.00 deposit back. She wont pick our phone calls and sends us to voicemail. Very unprofessional and she is not worth doing business with. Im now in the process of taking her to small claims court to get my money back. It is going to cost her more in small claims court then it would to just follow through with her contract we signed but again I should have researched her business. She has a F+ rating with the BBB. 4 total complaints while all being unresolved. Again, very unprofessional. I suggest we put these people out of business by not doing business with them.
