Really good Mexican food fast ²⁴⁄₇. The secret about this place is out but I needed to put in a good review for this place. Unlike another local taco shop that will remain nameless their quality of food hasn’t declined as their popularity has grown or as Oceanside has cleaned up their streets. Can’t go wrong with their breakfast or Cali burritos and even though the crane asada fries aren’t too healthy, they are delicious. I’ve only been inside once or twice and never eaten there only have taken it to go. Convenient walk up window on the way home from the bars or drive thru in the morning.

I guess I’m still bitter about my experience with the pre-remodel Robertitos. Apparently they added e-coli to my burrito one morning even though I didn’t specifically request it, and I got to spend the next few days on the can while my bowels imploded. They also had a bum problem. My last visit to the drive through included a picturesque view of a bum taking a runny early morning dump on a parking lot bumper while staring at me. I guess that was all too much for me to consider trying it again.

This is a provisional review. In fact, I’m not sure if this place really deserves four stars, but I have so many good memories of Robertito’s that I couldn’t rate it any less. to be continued…
