Very welcoming and helpful. Most of the workers are veterans. Needed work done quickly and they got it done on the spot (small job) and it was great prices. Was happy to find this shop and even more happy that they assisted me with my needs.

Horrible customer service! I’ve been their quite often and the last time I came here will be just that the LAST time. I have gotten daily large jobs done here for a little over 100 bucks. This time I needed 3 metal plates with very little engraving size is 4×4 and all three with the same wording the guy wanted $ 160. I knew the price was wrong right away and called him out in it he said it was right but would the give me a bit of a discount brought it down to about $ 80 because he was so unbelievably rude anyways I left and found another shop where they did all three exactly how I wanted for $ 10.00 !!!

I had an ammo can lid made as a memorial plaque. One of the owners was kind enough to allow me to use his own personal drawing for the design, he was very helpful in working with me to figure out the design and layout I was going for and it only took a week. They did an absolutely outstanding job and exceeded expectations! I would definitely recommend stopping by to check them out!

Horrible customer service! I swung by to pick up a plaque for a third party and needed to answer a million and one questions before the individual at the front desk even bothered looking. Stubbornness and attitude are not a plus for any business. Recommend not come to this place.
