I mean the one on College. Have to agree. It is the worst pharmacy in the entire nation: worst customer service, erred repeatedly. Usually takes hours after doctor’s office order sent. When getting there, they tell you to wait for another 20 mins. Then you wait over 20 mins, come back, they tell you they don’t have it and need to replace with different brand. And it will take another 20 mins. And … on going on something else could happen.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. 4 out of 4 times they have screwed up my prescription there is always a problem here costing me time and gas having to either wait or come back even though they have had plenty of time. They manage to screw something up every time

A vagrant came up behind my mother and tried to touch her. I jumped in front of him to protect her. He heckled us through the whole rest of our transaction. Security was not called. No apology made. Taking my business back to CostCo way out in Vista. Called customer service to report. They took my info. I told them what time to us for reference when looking for incident in security footage. It’s been several days. No one got back to us.

Great little store… doesn’t have everything you would find at a normal Walmart that’s why it’s a neighborhood store. I would give it more stars but they don’t except W.I.C. there so that’s pretty inconvenient for my small family. Other then that a pretty good store.

Now bear with me people. This Walmart isn’t your normal & typical Walmart…
This Walmart is a grocery store that has a few isles for beauty, toys & personal hygiene. I came in looking for eyelashes because I was doing a girls make-​up that day & they didn’t have any. It frustrated me so much because Walmart always has cheap & good quality lashes!
I walked in and walked right out.
If you need groceries, by all means, come here. If not, save the time and drive to the Walmart on College Blvd.

Pharmacy is convenient and nice. NovalinN insulin is 24.88 which is a great price compared to Humalin. I tried asking one female employee about holiday products and she was less than helpful. Cashier was friendly when I initiated a conversation. Parking lot is crowded but store is conveniently located off the I5 at Mission. I have mixed feelings. The store is nice but whenever I have to go to Wal-​Mart I feel like I’m going to the ghetto. Getting insulin at a price that doesn’t break the bank though so that keeps me going back.
