I give it 5 stars because its well worth it. The burgers are awesome !! So all the negative reviews are dead wrong ! I have eaten there many times, with no complaints at all .I will continue to go there with my wife 3 times a week or more, it is well worth it. just think I live in Lynbrook and take a cab there 3 times a week, so that must tell you something.

Ugh… never again. I got an Italian hero… got it home and took a bite only to discover that the idiot who made the sandwich left all the casings around the cold cuts so it was like biting into lotsa plastic strips… what a mess trying to clean them out. You want a great sandwich? Go to Seven Brothers!

Not sure about any negativity regarding this place, anyone can have a bad day, but I have been here since the opening, it’s always been a+ for me and my family, food, service etc. I would give it another try if you were one with that «bad day» the place is great, Steve and the staff are top notch. We come here almost everyday, and we will continue to do so.

Nothing close to the one in Long Beach. I walked in and asked for a Grand Slam. I knew it wasn’t going to be the best experience when the guy had to look back up at the board to see what a Grand Slam was. (You work in Zamboni’s, how do you not know? It’s one of the more popular sandwiches they make.) Anyway, I kept faith because it’s made in the back and not at the front anyway. The guy then asks one of his colleagues if he has to bring any dressing to the kitchen for my sandwich (there is no dressing on this particular sandwich). The other guy behind the counter wasn’t sure and didn’t answer the question right away to which I took it upon myself to say «No.» Much to my surprise the sandwich was made pretty quickly. The size of it was just as big as the ones from LB. I started to feel a little better. But the sandwich was poorly constructed, the cutlet seemed like an older piece, and the ham cappy was left a little too long on the griddle. Disappointing.

This is a decent deli the problem is the employees and if the owner doesnt get it together and hire experienced people behind the counter his business is doomed!!! Noone wants to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich just plain ridiculous! And there could be 3 people working behing the counter one person takes your order and the other 2 just stand around. HERES a new concept for you how about ringing up my order asking me if i need anything else!!! And the owner is there! Doesnt he see customers getting annoyed?

Never ever EVER again! Who knew that ordering lunch from work would be such a hassle?
5 people from work ordered. 2 Reubens, one with no cheese. 3 orders of well done extra crispy French fries with mozzarella cheese and gravy.
The order finally arrives after an hour. EVERYTHING is wrong. The reubens had no sauerkraut and one of them didn’t have any Russian dressing either. All of the orders of fries came with the gravy poured all over them! Anyone who eats cheese fries and gravy knows that the gravy goes on the side and besides that fact, why would we ask for the fries to be extra crispy to then make them soggy by pouring gravy all over them.
So we call, tell them the problem, they come back with the order… with NO FRIES.
They then come back a third time with the fries, gravy on the side, NO CHEESE this time. If you can’t get an order right after 3 tries, we’re done. Too bad too Zamboni’s you’re losing out on at LEAST two $ 50 orders per week.

Clean, friendly staff, delicious and HUGE sandwiches! My dad is a tough critic with hero sdw… he LOVES this place! Especially with reasonable prices.
