Rating based on hiking experience.
First of all, there is a $ 7 entry fee for the vehicle, plus another $ 1 for every person in the car besides the driver. That’s a bit steep to simply walk around.
Next, there was little bonding with nature for said $ 7 as park employees noisily passed me riding their all-​terrain buggies at least four times during my one hour walk on the trails.
Lastly, no doubt due to the constant noise from the buggies, I didn’t see one sign of nature. Not one deer, lizard or bird. I see more wildlife in the Walmart parking lot than I saw here.
To summarize: too expensive and too noisy.
