Worst HVAC repair and provider I’ve dealt with and I’ve been a home owner for over 12 years and dealt with many different service providers in my time.
We built a home 2 years ago, and Hansen installed the furnace as they were contracted by the builder. The furnace went in 15 months, and we were told by them that this normally takes 15 years for this to happen, so this was way out of the norm. However, the labor warranty ended after 1 year so all that was covered were the parts. It was not cheap. Then, 6 months later, now the motor and other parts are failing again. We called them again, it’ll be another $ 500 in labor, but «hey, at least the parts are covered under warranty.» So basically, no one there knows what the heck they are doing and they just keep smiling as they continue to not completely fix anything. Very frustrating.
