This is my absolute favorite place to eat! Casa Olé has so much to choose from and it’s all so delicious I struggle to decide what I want most each time I visit. The service is great and I just LOVE their queso! I love sitting down to a big bowling fresh tortilla chips and their dips are to die for. The red sauce is my favorite while my husband loves the green sauce. You’ve gotta try the chicken flameado. It’s on the appetizers section. I also crave their Tortilla Soup and you’ve gotta try the enchiladas. So much flavor! The atmosphere swarms do inviting and it’s great for family gatherings because of the space. Also I like to call in a order to go when I’m pressed for time. LOVELOVELOVECASAOLE!!!

We have a casa Olé in jasper, I personally think it’s better than this one. But the food was still good, we had a great waitress and received our good quickly.

If you like food out of a can, this is the place for you, everything was very salty, I don’t understand why it says outside finer Mexican food. Nachos are not finer Mexican food, it should say ok Tex — mex. You’re better off going to Taco Bell. Seriously. Our waitress, bless her, was horrible, nice, but could not remember anything asked for limes twice and they never came and average extras people ask for napkins, salsa, refills etc. would have to ask repeatedly. Average pricing but food was horrible.

All in all pretty low quality TexMex. Ordered the«fiesta“which was two entire plates of food, no complaints about the portion sizes. The food quality was below average, both plates came from the kitchen very hot but the food was warm at most. Flavor was bland, somewhat indicative of pre-made/frozen foods.

Have not been in a long time. Went during the lunch rush… Casa Olé was not experiencing the typical lunch rush for the area. Our server was friendly but there was also a manager in training helping that was only useful to fetch items. He had no clue about the items on the menu. The food was okay but not as hot and tasty(cheese enchiladas used to be awesome) as it used to be(the rice was dry and crisp) the portion size has decreased immensley. The hot fudge sundae used to be the bomb, warmed crisp cinnamon tortilla with ice-cream, hot fudge, whip cream and a few cherries. We received a cold tortilla, with cold chocolate syrup drizzled on top, a dollop of whip cream and a cherry-what a disappointment. The menu even states hot fudge. The restrooms have not had any updating and the wear was obvious and they were filthy. We may have to say good-bye to an old favorite.

Came in right after their lunch hour. It was not too busy. Got sat immediately. Server was very courteous and prompt. Gave very good service. I love casa olé’s green sauce that comes with the chips. My only complaint and why this isn’t a 5 star was the food. I ordered the spinach enchiladas which come with rice and beans and pico de gallo. The only thing good was the enchiladas. I was warned about the plate being hot when it got to the table, but the rice and beans were cold and looked old. The beans had that darker shaded crust on top of them, from them being out for so long, and the rice was nice and crunchy while being cold. It takes talent to do that. I can’t make burnt cold crunchy rice like that when i cook. Everything else was tits. I love casa olé. I will come back to the franchise until they go bankrupt. Just mix the old beans around to hide the dark crust, pick out the crunchy rice, hit it with the microwave for a couple more seconds. Pico de gallo was huge chunks or tomato. Like, 1⁄8th of a tomato. Idk if that’s what they were going for or someone was pissed they had to dice tomatoes.

This place is a joke and an insult to Mexican food. Food was so disgusting I didn’t eat it. I would NEVER eat here again. It is a mystery as to how people actually eat there. I guess they don’t know any better.

On our final night in Odessa, we thought we wanted a burger and maybe a beer, so drove to Harrigan’s, close to our hotel. We walked in and were hit with the dank smoky smell and the dark 1970’s wood décor. It was dark inside even though it was still daylight. Fortunately the greeter met another couple before us and while he seated them we turned and exited quickly. That is how we ended up next door at Casa Olé. Casa Olé is a Tex Mex place. This is not something that we normally seek out. We started with their creamy avocado dip and red salsa. The salsa was bland and sweet, just OK. The ships are the very thin, tasteless«restaurant style». Ms T ordered a combo dinner of three enchiladas. The three were Cheese with red enchilada sauce, ground beef with chili and chicken with a white cheese sauce kind of like it had sour cream in it. As I said, this is very Tex Mex, from the use of chili on one enchilada that was loaded with cumin and the thin, very mild translucent orange sauce on the ground beef enchilada. I ordered tacos al carbon. These were skirt, well grilled, salted and seasoned. They had decent outside grill flavor, were juicy and slightly pink inside. They were served Tex Mex style in a flour tortilla. The steak was sliced wrong, long grain. It is easy to see the grain in skirt and slice it correctly and make it so much better. I also had frijoles charros which needed seasoning, so I added lime and some of the red salsa. The rice was flavored with cumin. All in all it was OK for the style. The skirt al carbon was the best thing. Everything was fairly bland, but this certainly worked out better than sitting in Harrigan’s. On our short trip, we tried to avoid Tex Mex, so based on just three data points would recommend Mi Casa or Dos Compadres before Casa Olé.

Fajitas and Margarita can’t go wrong with it paired well with their chips and queso. We dined here today for our Sunday dinner and their chips, salsa and queso are very tasteful, pretty much content with just having this without the entrée. Anyway I ordered the Fajitas Olé which includes grilled steak, chicken and shrimp. The steak was juicy very flavorful, the chicken was up to par and the shrimp needed a little more time on the grill other than that the fajitas were satisfactory and plentiful. Also their rice was rather dry paired well with their refried beans to add more flavor to it. The service was great, 5 minutes into the restaurant and we were quickly seated. Our waitress was friendly, had a great sense of humor, rather quick to get us out though. OVERALLTHEFOODISOKFORTEX-MEXSTANDARDS, HOWEVERTHESERVICEANDPRICINGHEREMADEIT A 4-Star!

We went back to Casa Olé today and got fajitas, chips and queso and sopapillas. The fajita meat was good and hot and the other fixings like the rice, beans, guacamole, etc. were good. Chips were fresh and not greasy. Got Dr. Pepper to drink and it was good as usual. The service was pretty good although new forks were not brought at first with the sopapillas she did bring some in a short while. We had to wait maybe 10 min. to be seated at a table.
