Domino’s is usually great. I’m so disappointed that it’s taken almost 2 hours to have my pizza delivered, and it’s STILL NOT HERE. They still expect their money, I’m sure. Do yourself a favor and get Digoirno.

Ordered pizza and waited an hour, called to see what was going on and they informed me that it was taken on a wrong delivery and were making me a new one and it would be on its way. Waited another hour and a half and called back, same excuse, they were making a new one due to complications with my SECOND pizza. Finally, after waiting an hour, my pizza was delivered. Delivery driver was great. Very kind young man who was very apologetic. Only good thing about said store. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The pizza was good but it took almost 2 hours to get to my house. It was still hot I just believe that they should have called or something saying that there running late. As far as the pizza is concerned it was delicious no complaints about the food. I’m still giving 5 stars because I believe we should rate the food not the traffic of Odessa Texas.

I ordered a pizza on the app. Worked great, timing was acceptable. We open the box of deliciousness and its burnt to shit! $ 25 total for a tip, large pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread. I call the store to tell them it’s burnt and their response was, «well that’s because you ordered a thin crust without cheese, it’s going to burn.» In which I say if your an amateur chef when I bake my own pizza I don’t crisp it to a toast. Assholes! They probably did something to our reorder.

Didn’t make it too far with these guys. Called in, got put on hold by an extremely rude guy, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and hung up and took my business elsewhere. Apparently this is common. I read the google reviews and the common thread is «rude people» and «poor service». The franchiser should be embarrassed.
