I haven’t been in here in a couple of years, but the manager honored a promotion that is no longer in effect (I did not know that is was discontinued). The food came out within 10 minutes and the bartender was very nice.

Today was the worse service we have ever had at this locstion. Very disappointed!!! Our waitress never came back to our table, never asked us for drinks, refills, didn’t even bring us our bowls and had the decency to linger over my shoulder to wait for me to leave a tip & tore it off the table the moment I laid it down. We usually visit this location once a week but I do believe that today lead us the opposite direction.

Worst service ever! It took forever to get our food. The restaurant was only about 30% full, so there was no excuse for the looong wait. We were about to leave when our food finally arrived, so we stayed and eat. I can’t imagine coming here when they’re full.

Service is very bad. Last night we went for dinner, 3 total people working, the other 2 sat at a table if they werent out smoking, you could smell it on them when they paraded back in the restaurant. Stood in line for over 35 minutes, had to ask for veggies/​fruits/​and chicken, just to prep our bowls. Needs serious help at this location. I wont recommend this to anyone.

I never know when I will be getting fresh veggies and meat or brown old meat and veggies. Unfortunately today was not a fresh day. The food did still taste good and we had very good service. The bathroom and dining area looked very clean.

I’d say the place is pretty good, but mostly because I get to prepare my own food. It bothers me that there seems to be so many stipulations. When they first brought their little machine on the table it was a way to play games and order things you wanted, but now they are charging you for games. They also told us last time that our meat would be given to us because people took too much. It’s pretty much an «all you can eat» and now they’re limiting your meat? I’ve also gone with a child and they offered no child plate until a new server came on and realized she could barely eat half of her bowl. They also wanted to charge me for dinner during lunch. Really? Are you that broke?

First time I have ever been to a Genghis Grill and man was it tasty! I tried the sliced beef with the 3G sauce and it was so good. I have seen one of these before in Denver, CO but I never stopped. I’m glad I did this time! I would have given it 5 stars but too me its a little over priced.

The food is very good, but am very disappointed that they don’t have shrimp anymore. We were told the last time we went there that they are not going to stock shrimp. We will be going to another restaurant for Chinese food from now on.

Love this place… I always sit at The bar and drink beer while the foods being prepped. The bartender here is an awesome chick (Danielle) she keeps great professional conversation and keeps the flow of good times and great drinks going. The good is always cooked well and the atmosphere is very inviting. I come here all the time. 5 stare customer service (at the bar) and amazing food.

Had a plastic spoon cooked into my food so that wasn’t very good. The sausages and green beans were literally burnt.
Waitstaff Telena was very very nice and the manager did take care of us when we brought it their attention, however we would much rather pay and enjoy our food.
