Phil’s Auto Repair

After reading my review of their performance (or lack thereof) last year, the owner Phil called and threatened negative business reviews against my family and has now taken to personally emailing my Unilocal account with jewels such as the following.
Phillip R: so u like going around dis businesses n but u r just a grown man still sucking on daddy’s wallet what don’t u do yourself a favor n move back to austin n stop hiding behind daddy cause u know u can’t do it on ur own without daddy’s handing u everything n yes ur daddy told me ur a grown ass man spoiled so grow up n stop dis odessa businesses or get out
Not once has this company tried to repair any of this all they have done is threaten and try to belittle. Way to be a good business, really striving for that customer service award I see. Thanks for the email Phil, keep it classy.
