Buffalo Wild Wings

My husband and I picked up wings to go yesterday and got severe food poisoning!!! We had to miss work and see doctors, it is absolutely horrible. I will never go back to this location. The fear of getting food poisoning should never be a concern and it definitely is at this location!

Won’t ever go there for lunch service was horrible and my wife only gets hour for lunch at the base so we figured that be worth it to go since there was only 2 cars I’m the parking lot, well now we know why well we won’t be back because your order won’t be out in less than hour with only 4 people eating there.

My family has been coming to this location since we moved here 1.5 years ago. Food is fine (although overpriced). Service is (usually) fine. What I cannot comprehend is how 2 of the 3 women’s bathroom door locks have been broken this entire time. How hard is it to fix a door lock so your guests are able to use the restroom without being walked in on? There’s a hardware store right across the street!!! It’s just lazy management who apparently don’t care about the comfort of their customers.

A lot of fun, a great atmosphere, & family friendly. They have games for the kids and amazing food! We’ve been going to Buffalo Wild Wings since they were Bw3’s and the wings were a dime!

This place has always been slow to complete orders. Today was the last time we visit this location. Called ahead for a pick up order, and when we got there it was wrong. Additionally we got scammed for our fried pickle order (see photo I posted). How can you charge $ 6.49 for twelve pickles? This place is awful compared to the Belleville Crossing location. From now on we will make the longer trip to Belleville to get better service and value for our money.

Normally my favorite chain and wing hangout for years, I was really disappointed this week when I went to try the newest sauce. I asked about the new Citris wings and our waitress acted like I was speaking French?!! Not to mention slow service after arriving first in the doors for lunch time. Not satisfied with this location at all…

There is just something about chicken wings that goes great with sports. So right here in the middle of bowl season I brought the wife and our youngest to get some awesome wings here at B-​Dubs

I gave this place yet another chance. I came with a friend and they seated us immediately and said our server would be with us shortly. We waited approximately 40 minutes and never saw our server. We were not offered drinks or even water! The restaurant wasn’t even busy so I have no idea why they just completely ignored us. After lots of frustration and compete lack of service, we left. I have no idea how this place stays open. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. But at least they’re consistent, right?

Earlier this year on Valentine’s Day me and my boyfriend went here & it really wasn’t crowded & our order took forever to come. Many months later i placed a online order I could of sworn I paid online but I must of pushed another button so I’m not going to blame that on them. My boyfriend went to pick it up they was nice letting me pay over the phone but the girl for some reason thought my card Info was a gift card so then I had to repeat it twice then my boyfriend didn’t realize they gave him he wrong order when he came home I looked at the receipt & they charged me for the wrong order & on top that the receipt didn’t even match the order they gave us so not only did they mess it up they messed up other customers orders he went back up there they made our order fresh & let us have the order they accidentally gave to us. i know if I want some Buffalo Wild Wings anytime soon I might give this place another chance or try another location.

My husband and I used to eat here all the time. The past two times we’ve gone it has been absolutely terrible. Both times our order was forgotten about.
The latest time the waitress told us that their machine was out of paper and they didn’t get the order in the kitchen until a few seconds before. However, the people who ordered after us got their food before us, and ours came shortly after the claim that they just got the order. Basically lying to our face.
The wings typically come out overcooked, or the grease is dirty, so they never impress me much.
We won’t be going back for quite a while.

Me and my girlfriend went here we ordered the house special drink which was made by Buffalo Wild Wings it was called the Buffalo zoo or something of the sort. In total it was $ 14.02 for the both of us and we paid for I’m going to say about 99% juice not a lot of alcohol content at all. We had a snide server named Kristina who only acknowledged me and not my girlfriend.
Honestly if you want a decent mixed drink, do not go here. Stay away at all costs. I’ve had far better experiences at red robin. What’s the point of flashing my I.d. if you’re going to put a miniscule amount of vodka in the drink? I could have felt more if I just ordered a wine cooler and it would have been cheaper.
Also this girl is a crappy bartender. The drinks weren’t poured even and when my girlfriend called to complain all they offered was a gift card give me a break. Why would we go back for juice?

This is the last time we are coming here, we’ve always waited so long for the food. And today was the last straw
1. Waited 5 min at front before anyone acknowledge us. Sad thing is that other people came after us and were seated right away. This really upset me and almost left that point
2. 2 adults and 3 kids. They put us at a 4 seat table with a child seat. It was way too small for us. There were many open tables that held more. One of the waitresses noticed this so moved us to a bigger table. But that table was not yet cleaned. After wiping down, it was still soaking wet. They sat us anywys. I ended up drying the table myself with their small napkins.
3. 30 min from order till we got our food. That’s unacceptable if you ask me. My kids were very tired and very hungry
4. Asked for a plastic spoon for my 2 year old to eat mac n cheese. She brought one out in plastic, but the spoon was already broken in multiple pieces before we even opened it
5. The staff there were very disorganized. I heard staff saying «who’s table is that?» With a response of «I don’t want anymore tables»
NEVER coming back.

Now I remember why it’s been a year since visiting a bww. We always have an awful experience.
Walked in tonight while 4 waitresses stood behind the counter gossiping, we waited 14 minutes for another server to come up from the back and seat us. Once seated we waited 18 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders before we got up and walked out. The place was far from bust. Just terrible service. We won’t be back. We walked out and walked across the parking lot to the Texas Roadhouse were we were greeted by three employees upon entering and had an amazing dinning experience.
If you are thinking about going to this bww – don’t. You’ll just be disappointed.

This is a good place to eat, but the food is way too expensive. The price I paid there I could of went to show me’s and spent half. Great food but way too rich for my blood. Oh yeah… It’s noisy as hell and they the dish network there. They got a million tv there and they all froze because of the rain.

Bare bones restaurant. No video games such as golden tee. Not much personality to any staff either. Still waiting to see if the food is typical.

If management let’s mold grow in the men’s urinal where customers can see, who knows what’s going on the kitchen where we can’t. With that being said, beer was cold and our server Jackie was awesome.

ZERO STARS
Arrived at 11:20 am and only 2 tables were occupied. Ordered promptly, and my husband’s order was served in a timely manner. The kitchen lady who delivered it asked if we wanted a plate to share his sandwich. I told her I had ordered a salad. Our waiter had turned it in, but kitchen help didn’t see it. At 12:05, after my husband had finished, I was served the wrong order. When I asked why it took so long for a salad, I was told that other orders were ahead of mine. Unbelievable! I left the wrong order and went to another restaurant. And my husband’s sandwich wasn’t good.

It’s a novelty sports bar whose novelty (Wow! A spectrum of hot wings ranked by spiciness!) has worn a bit thin through the years.
They appear to have a decent beer selection, but during my last two visits they were out of my first choice. Acquaintances tell me this is a frequent occurrence.
Food was fine. Service was fine. Party of six ate and drank for $ 90 so it is a pretty cheap place to watch a game.

I am over this place.
1. It is insanely loud in here. They have a lot of tvs tile floor and loud ass music.
2. There is no service here. Even. Sitting. At. The. Bar. Looking eyeball to empty glass, and still no offer for another Bloody Mary from the seated bartender. Freaking unbelievable! It’s like she doesn’t understand that the tip goes up with a bigger bill and a drunker and happier client!?!
3. The boneless wings were only sauced on one side?
4. It takes forever for the food to show up. It is not like I am ordering a baked Alaska? They are freaking chicken wings!
5. If is really expensive even on promotional nights.
6. The Caribbean jerk is different (by that I mean BAD!) as a sauce. I really like it as a rub, anywhere else.
7. The buffalo dry rub is really bad as well. All salt no real buffalo flavor. These also were really only seasoned on one side.
The only redeeming parts of eating here are the spicy garlic wings, and the hot sauce wings. Everything else is meh?

I am a BWW fan. I have attended several in multiple cities and states. This one was filthy. The women’s restroom smelled of dirty diapers. There was trash on the floor in the hallway to the bathrooms. There were drain flies or fruit flies flying around the whole time, GROSS. The televisions were way too loud especially for the number of people in the restaurant, very few.
The waitress was nice and the food good, but all the flies buzzing around grossed us out. Will not be returning to this location.
