Lauren really helped me with a tricky, fast turnaround job while I was out of town. She got me great photos of the samples, kept my budget in mind, and had a great, «can-​do» attitude with the short timeline. At the last minute, I realized I needed more than my original order and Lauren again jumped right in with a great attitude to get the extra carpet needed in less than 24 hours. Wow!
Then Mario came and did a fantastic installation job. He was very professional and did a great job creatively solving an unexpected problem to still get the job done within the time constraints.

We worked with Bonnie Bennett at Giant Carpet One and were EXTREMELY happy with the service, products, and installation. Bonnie got us a great deal on great carpet and was able to get it done in a short time frame. She was great to work with and kept her word all the way through. 6 months later it still looks and feels new. I would highly recommend Giant Carpet One.
