Toby was very professional on the phone and in person. For first time home buyers with a chimney, his 21 point inspection was very helpful. Toby offered tips for proper gas and wood burning options. He sealed up cracks and fixed normal wear and tear at no additional charge. Highly recommend Toby and his service!

Toby is a busy guy, but he was worth the wait (nearly a month in high season). I missed our first appointment and he fit me in the next week. He was very professional, fixed two issues with my chimney for free, was courteous, and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend these guys, but get on his schedule early.

I had a great experience with this company. The man who came out to clean and inspect our chimney (Toby) was very fast, efficient, and cleaned up all mess associated with the soot removal. He is also very honest, and inspected all aspects of the chimney from inside the house and from the roof, and said that everything looked great and there was no need for any repairs. The price was very reasonable as well.
I would definitely recommend him to my friends!
