BIG-O’s Pork & Dreams

Delicious Big O potato with pulled pork! Only had to wait two minutes or so for the food to come out on a Friday night at H&8^th. Great job guys!

Normally I’m skeptical of barbecue brisket sandwiches. But let me start by saying this was the best best BBQ chopped brisket sandwich in okc. This sandwich was great, the smoke flavor in the brisket was spot on. something that a lot of barbecue places miss the mark on is the bread not a big o’s. Big O’s bread wasn’t even Toasted, but it was by far soft. This bread complimented the sandwich. Big O’s is an awesome BBQ food truck. The second item that I tried was the smoked turkey leg hands down. They know exactly what they are doing. No shortcuts here. The turkey leg is cooked through, but still juicy with that smoked flavor throughout. If you see this food truck in Oklahoma stop and eat. I don’t care if it’s at a food truck park or event, please stop check them out you won’t be disappointed. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Another thing that you want to try is the lemonade actually it is really good. Another item I suggest you try is their baked potatoes they are huge. I love the fact that they’re baked potatoes are always hot & big. You also can add any other smoked meats. There’s smoked chicken, pulled pork, brisket as your meat toppings. You can build your own baked potatoes with all the other toppings that you would normally love. The next thing that I do plan on eating from big old is there a barbecue ribs that’s my next thing that I want to eat with potato salad and maybe a few more the other items I love this place like I said if you’re ever out in Oklahoma City & you see this food truck please stop!
