Chili’s Bar & Grill

How is this place still open? The bartender was terribly misinformed about the menu and what happy hour actually means. Menu knowledge should be of utmost importance for an employee, but apparently chilis hasn’t got that memo quite yet. The only thing I enjoyed was my beer which is pretty hard to mess up. Save your money and grab something out of the trash because you will have same quality of food and service.

Had lunch yesterday… child’s chicken strip were fried in oil that had a fish taste/smell…the waitress told us that they don’t fry fish… go figure. My meal the street chicken tacos were filled with chicken that had been purred like mush/​baby food. Waitress kept apoligizing… I told her she could give the cook a tip «find another line of work»…our two meals compted… not the point… I left hungry and pissed.

Ehh, not the best Chilis. The staff is hit or miss, the food takes a very long time to come out, and then the food is just… Bland. I know Chilis isn’t the nicest place around, but I at least expect a nicer staff and some flavor with my food.

I was told that appetizer would be one half off when Bill came was full price & manager would not make it right.

Disappointed again. We did date night here a few weeks ago and was very disappointed, hamburger looked like something the size of Mc D’s gives you and for $ 8, so not worth it. So tonight we decide to give them one more try, thinking it might be a fluke. Boy was I ever wrong. For the 2^nd time no silverware, hubby ordered steak fajitas. The potion size wasn’t even enough to fill my grandkids. Ribeyr steak overcooked, asperagus was undercooked. And they didn’t have side I originally wanted so the waiter and another staff member talk me into the asperagus and you charged me for it. What the heck?! So done. Charge me full price and serves small servings. What a waste.

Ruuuuunnnnn! Horrible experience with a group of nine. Where to start on this disaster… It was busy, so we understand the wait for seating, but it took fifteen minutes to even get a drink order, then another fifteen for eight waters and one tea. That’s when this eating disaster actually begins. Check your silverware, we had to get three additional to replace the dirty sets. No salads, and/​or chips and salsa, until we had to ask, of course they were brought out after about an hour wait (watching other tables come and go), beating our entrees by about a minute. The order was of course totally incorrect with the simplest order of boneless buffalo wings being the last item delivered after several discussions with managers and other staff. Literally I had to ask a totally different server for water refills after I could not locate a pitcher on my own… No one in our almost two-​hour disastrous dining experience was going to refill our drinks.
That’s enough, just know that the bill was discounted, but totally incorrect as well.
Seriously people, I could not make up this experience, save the frustration and go to Louie’s across the parking lot to the West.

Very dissatisfied with sneaky tactics and charge on the kiosk at each table, did not even offer to refund the cost, never going back.

Good, if you like cold food and wet hands. The first thing to ruin my dinner was the fact it took 40 minutes to get our food (going through 3 plates of chips). Once we got our food, I was disappointed. I didn’t get that «smell» you usually get when your food comes. The fajitas were warm, not sizzling like normal, and my burger was cold. To top my dinner, I washed my hands to find out that all the paper towels were jammed so I left with wet hands.

The food is the food, but be aware they ALWAYS LIE about takeout food time. Always. They always say 15 – 20 minutes but is has never ever been done in that time and it never will be.

Had dinner here tonight with our three kids. Best service we’ve ever had in a restaurant. Food was delicious and Matthew, our server, was excellent. We never had to wait for anything and he was very gracious and polite. We will be back! The Memphis-​style baby back ribs were amazing!

My boyfriend and I used to order here a lot, because we were not sure about branching out. While I’m glad we did, this Chili’s is just another Chili’s. Nothing extraordinary, and nothing awful.

Just remember that «CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING!» Salt Lick USA! I have been here before and it used to be good. With the holidays upon us plus all of the excessive drinking, everything that was on my plate was a big salt lick and it left my lips on fire. The waitress took 20 minutes just to give me a drink (tea) and the manager never did anything to make things right for me or my husband. His steak was so spicy that I think they made the wrong steak for him. Overall, do not visit this Chili’s. If you love salt, you will love this restaurant, but if not, go to another Chili’s or go somewhere else. You will have to pay for everything anyways even when they don’t make things right for you as a customer. Just remember again that «CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING!»
