Some people say «If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.» Well my phone was definitely broken, so there was only one thing that I could do, fix it. Now the only problem was to find a place that could fix my phone. A friend of mine recommended Digital Doc to me on facebook because she had previously had her phone fixed there as well.
LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!!!
These guys were amazing! The price that they quoted me for fixing my phone didn’t break the bank, and they had the repair done before I was finished shopping. On top of that, they are also very charismatic, because while you are in there getting price quotes and watching them fix your phone, they know how to keep a conversation with you.
Overall, I would recommend Digital Doc to all of my friends, and if you have something that doesn’t work quite right, bring it to these guys!

Took my phone here on Monday to see what they could do with it. After sitting in their repair shop for~2 hours, having multiple techs work on it, and the shop having my phone for two days, they said they couldn’t fix it, so I spent nearly $ 500 on a new phone. Took broken phone to different repair shop at advice of AT&T salesperson. Phone can be fixed and will be fine. Do not use the Business Digital Doc for any cell phone repairs. Their staff is incompetent. Ridiculous waste of time and money. Not to mention staff was looking up parts for my phone on Amazon and eBay and trying to base quotes off of that. They also do not have a menu of services with prices available. Lastly, repair techs themselves even told me directly that they don’t receive actual training on repairs. Thy must be learning from YouTube? You’re going in blindly when taking your devices here for repair. Ridiculous.

If you need a device repaired I would recommend the Digital Doc inside of the Walmart off of Northwest Expressway. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helped answer all of my questions. Customer service was second to none.
