The staff is always friendly and helpful! If I have questions about the products, they are willing to answer. I love how, even after you’ve purchased your pool and the«sales» aspect is concluded, they have Pool School links on YouTube and knowledgeable guides in-store help you better understand how to care for your family pool step-by-step. This place is amazing!

Just walked into family leisure to buy a pool with hubbys bonus. We walked past four men wearing family leisure tshirts. They seemed to be in deep conversation and we didnt want to interrupt so we walked back to the pool area. After standing in the pool section for ten minutes, we were still completely clueless about any of it. We walked out of the area and snapped a shot of some of the sales men sitting in the yard furniture. It must be really comfy furniture because not one of them stood up or asked if we needed help. We have taken our cash to GALAXYHOMERECREATION and will never step foot in family leisure again. I dont like to give bad reviews but we drove over two hours to buy a pool and no one could get out of their seats long enough to see what we needed. Prices are much more expensive than any of the pools we looked at(even at half off!). Do your research and re-consider before wasting your time going into this store. Two thumbs down.

I may be a poor choice to write this review. And by that, I mean, I can’t afford any of the stuff, so I must be too poor to shop here! Ba-dum-bum-ching! But seriously folks, this place is super spendy. Maybe it’s misleading that it shares a parking lot with legendary bargain shopping love of my life TJ Maxx. Maybe I’m just old-fashioned, but really, $ 600 for one chair that’s going to sit outside all of its life? Nope. Not for me. Even the stuff in their clearance area was too expensive. Unless it’s made out of solid gold, I don’t understand. Plus, I’m looking to buy a whole suite of outdoor furniture, not just the one chair. Lordy. Okay, I think you get my point. It’s expensive. I’m sure it’s high quality stuff. But even if I were Garth Brooks Trisha Yearwood rich, I don’t think I could justify this. If I were going to spend $ 600 on a piece of furniture, it would be a badass bed, not an outdoor chair that some dripping wet kid is going to sink into to nom on some goldfish between turns in the pool. It would be on a new leather love seat, not on what will probably just become my muddy dog’s new favorite perch. Nope. In fact, this would be a two-star review spare for the lovely lady who answered a few of our questions as we were leaving in sort of sticker-shock haze. She was nice. But as for me and my $ 600, we were at TJ Maxx before the door could close behind us.
