They usually have what I’m looking for. Whether it’s an old dvd or a new Bjork album. Great customer service from Adam.

Poor customer service and the whole store is a mess. I asked an employee to look up a movie for me, and she couldn’t spell the title correctly. Then another customer was waiting in line behind me and he was also asking her to search for a title. The store associate just totally dropped my request and helped the other customer instead! Totally wrong on the associate’s part because she thinks she is going to be in the weeds with the customers. Oh and I found what I was looking for in the big DVD bin at the Wal Mart!

Just another video/​music store you can buy or resale movies or music you don’t want anymore. Great place to get rid of all your hard copies and go digital, although I don’t know what the ROI is… probably less than 1% but it’s better than just throwing it away!
We got a few used movies for less than $ 5 each.
The people working here are really weird… I’m not sure if a store like this even exist anymore in urban cities. I probably sound so ignorant saying this… LOL Oklahoma City seems so outdated and this store fits the mold of the very boring /​desert-​like city.
