Garage Loft Apts

I am giving the Garage Lofts a five.
Bad points, it is an older establishment, walls are kinda thin so you hear everything your neighbors are doing, if you are a fan of AT&T Uverse, you can not get it, you have to go with Cox cable, but you can get AT&T internet. If you want pets they only allow cats. Those are the bad things.
Good points. The place is located close to just about everything in OKC proper. You are walking distance from some of the best food spots in the city (Hideaway pizza, S and B burgers, Garage Burgers, Sara Sara Cupcakes, Waffle Champion, and the Bleu Garten food truck area, just to name a few). Depending on which apt you can get, you have parking right in front of your apt, just like some of the pic show. The rent is very affordable. I had a 1100 sq ft apt and was lucky enough to get two inside parking spots and was only paying 1100 a month. Stephanie Woods is the manager and she is great. Although the managers office is not onsite, it is only a couple of blocks away on Broadway.
You need to know that you want to live here. There is a waiting list for the apartments and some of the people living there have been there for 5 – 10 years. I was on the list for about 6 months before an apt become available. I would love to still be living there, and if it wasn’t for finding what I believe is the perfect house for me, I would still be there. I would highly recommend these apartment and I would hope anyone would be lucky enough to live here.

No place like home. Best kept secret in Oklahoma. I’d like to think that garage lofts are what started this whole downtown urban loft living in Oklahoma; when rent was super cheap. Key you may or may not know about this place is once you enter the garage you park next to your door! Yes just like in the movies. I know, I know!

Couple of years ago I stayed there with a friend for a few months and loved it. I wish they had something similar here. I especially liked that the car is parked in a secure building, right in front of the entrance door.
