This was a great café. I love the concept and the lovely paintings on the wall. The only down side is the lounge sofas and chairs seemed pretty tattered. The staff was awesome. I would give higher stars, but I was pretty turned off by the seating.

Our hookah never correctly pulled, and the smoke was always harsh. The employees cleared the smoke for us a couple times, but we never got it to taste or pull right. Also, we order two drinks and never received them. Once we realized the drinks were forgotten, we decided not to bother because we already felt like we were paying too much for the hookah. Very disappointed because the atmosphere and location is cool.

Hubbly Bubbly is nothing short of a good time. I’d never smoked hookah before I came here and the staff is extremely helpful and they explain everything along the way. They also bring you hot coals all the time so you get the most out of the experience. Overall, hubbly bubbly is a really fun time and I come as often as possible.

Great Hookah lounge! A lot of flavored to pick from and good prices. As a complete novice the staff is patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable crew. It’s a very calm and relaxing. Great place to unwind and recharge after a stressful day. You won’t regret making a stop or two or three. Sunday’s are great too! They have artist showcases that are really fun. Check this place out! Great for OKC.

I would give 5/​5, but the manager is not the nicest, and you can’t pick where you sit. Other than these two thing, it’s a great environment. Love all the fun events they hold. They also have the best hookahs! Great place.

Passing through on my way to Cali from NY and I’m delighted that the hookah here is up to the standards I’m used to. Natural coconut coal and KM hookah base earns this place an instant 5 stars in my book. And the hummus and Turkish coffee are delicious as well. I will definitely stop back here if I ever pass through OKC again. And the service and people are excellent!

I love this place! Definitely outshines the hookah bars in Dallas. If I could bring this place with me back to Texas, I would. I love the style and the mood. The servers are very helpful and I love the way you can hail a server. Reminds me of Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas

This place has a good menu for hookah flavors and they have great food menu options. Usually a set for 2 people to share is around $ 15. Pretty good value for your money. Also I always enjoy getting some peppermint tea it tastes really good

The hookah room is so smokey full of the coal scent, service is good but I just couldn’t handle the smell! Turkish coffee is bad especially if you’re an Arab! I liked the Moroccan tea though

RED LIGHT. Means, forget it. Took forever to get food and was awful. Very disappointing and probably the only good thing about it is the nice hookah room. Sorry, i got expectations from the «fake» ratings he had. Bad bad bad. BUT ! I received a very kind and professional email from the owner few days after, interested to know what i didn’t like with the goal to make it a better place. I very appreciated this attention on a customer. I would go back to re-​believe in their food.

A nice addition to OKC. I came here with some friends to celebrate a big milestone and it was a good evening. Great prices for hookah, and I also had Turkish coffee and cheesecake. I loved the Turkish coffee – they serve it unsweetened, which is pretty unusual around here I’ve found, but is what I prefer.
I liked the atmosphere of this place a lot, although it was a bit dark and the music was a bit loud the night I was there. Sometimes I like to smoke while I grade papers or do other work, and I wouldn’t have been able to do this at Hubbly Bubbly. Still, a good place to hang out and smoke with friends. I’m glad they have live music sometimes – always good to have another music venue in OKC.
Also, if you have the Keep it Local OK card, they’re on that list, so give them your card and get a discount!

Listen to some eerie (but awesome) jams played live by a guy that can play about 22 instruments. (Not all at once.)
One really strange thing about this place is its upselling. You really are nickel-​and-​dimed here, which kind of seems strange to me. The staff is unbelievably nice though… like, all of them. The guy taking your order? Yep. The guy changing the coals? Yep.
As my amiga Theresa noted in her Unilocal review, Thursday is ladies’ night! $ 10 for a hookah for two! A fabulous little add to OKC. Don’t forget to get a punch card so that you can work your way to a free hookah. Normally those don’t exist.

What a sweet hidden hangout. Spend hours here smoking hookah for starting at $ 12. Check out their specials. Ladies night is Thursday where you smoke for $ 10. Ya you have to pay for bottled water, but if you’re going to spend the time here, that charge seems like nothing.
Haven’t tried their desserta, but their coffee and green tea is pretty good too. Every once in a while there are live musicians there and they’re super talented. They don’t serve alcohol, but hey its still a good time. The burst of berry and lemon mint are some of my favorites to smoke.
Overall a chill place to relax or catch up with friends in my book :)
