JCPenney

I shopped here this weekend and had a pretty good experience in the shoe dpt. The sales lady, whose name I wish I could recall, was extremely helpful and friendly. I never felt like she was being overly pushy or anything. She was very genuine, sincere and seemed like she actually enjoyed her job. I found the cutest pair of shoes for about 70% off and she gave me a couple other coupons at the register just to be nice to me. She was also extremely nice to my kids and the other person I was with and I was the only one even buying anything! If I could rate the shoe dpt separately, I would give it a 5.
As for the rest of the store. I tend to find JCPenny’s a little pricey but their clothes are of pretty good quality generally so you get what you pay for.
