Good store… But the older lady that works at the store is the RUDESTPERSON I HAVEDEALTWITHIN A LONGTIME. You have to go to the store when the owner is there. The Asian lady that works there is very sweet too.

I was a bit skeptical to bring my bag here after reading some of the reviews, but I am glad I did. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and Kevin, who is in charge of the repairs, came out from the back and looked over the bag with me. My Samsonite suitcase needed some zipper repair and I was given a quote of $ 25 which seemed reasonable. I told Kevin that I had a flight that next week and he said he would make sure it was done a couple days before I departed. They called a few days later and my bag is as good as new. Although I was quoted $ 25, the service total ended up being only $ 20! Great experience and Kambers will be my first choice if I need to get another piece of luggage repaired.

Kamber’s was listed as the warranty repair center for my luggage, and after reading some negative reviews, I was a little apprehensive when I walked in. The ladies working at the front were extremely friendly and helpful. The repair man was out of town for the week, so I left the suitcase. The following Tuesday I received a call that my suitcase had been repaired. It was considered a warranty repair, and there was no charge. A positive experience all round!

Took my suitcase in for repair because it was listed on the luggage company’s website as the only place for repairs in my area. From the minute the man working(I think he was the owner) opened his mouth he was incredibly arrogant and RUDE, claiming the damage was not covered under warranty. Even as I explained how it happened, he ARGUED with me. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! He has NO customer service. Save yourself from a similar experience and go elsewhere!!!
