If you want the perfect mattress for you, go see Bob. He’s kind of a mattress doctor. He prescribed the perfected for my husband and myself. We’ve had it since September and love it so much! We sleep through the night now! Delivery people were excellent too. We got the Temperapedic Cloud Luxe Breeze, by the way.

Great service, I wanted a low-​end mattress set for a guest room. I got a quick relevant run down on sets & made a purchase– NO HASSLES like I had at Bob Mills.
Delivery was excellent red carpet service.
My guests have all said the bed is very confortable! So I switched mattresses with my old one — YEP like sleeping on a cloud.
If low end is this good, can’t imagine how great the higher end would be!
Glad to see new locations coming around town. I 100% recommend this company

I bought a premium Tempur-​Pedic King mattress from the Belle Isle store. While the salesman was courteous he was not trained well enough to complete the transaction. I had to return no less than three times to ensure all of the paperwork was complete. During this time I was informed I was not charged the correct amount and paid an additional $ 250.00 for a bed whose cost had already exceeded $ 5100. The bed was not delivered on the date as promised but rather a day later AND without the bed frame. I made a fourth trip to the store to retrieve the bed frame and set the bed up myself… tearing the box spring fabric in the process. I will not be making any future purchases from Mattress Firm.

Bob is awesome, helpful and friendly. Got us a great deal on our mattress and box springs!!! No pressure sales and steered us to the mattress we loved and could get delivered the next day!!! Will definitely return to buy our next one.
