We love Mim’s food and bakery items. Before the trolley, she got us hooked on her amazing cookies, breads and pies. The cream filled sandwich cookies ard simply outstanding.
After the trolley came about, we have eaten the vegan entrees several times. The portions are moderate, so get a dessert if you’re famished.

Great food by great people! Sam and Emily truly have a passion about what they create. All there dishes are completely vegan but, without sacrificing taste. Truly a truck you want to make a priority in visiting!
