This place sucks. I use the sw okc location and the service is TERRIBLE! They are rude and slow… half the time you have to wait because they are in the back talking. They will overdraft your account and refuse to cancel your membership. The main office doesnt answer the phone or call back. overall the worst tanning place I have ever been to. They also dont listen when you tell them how long you want to tan.

I would normally say I love this place, but when I visited the Rockwell location my opinion changed. The beds are great and the place is nice but the manager, I believe her name is Robin, is just terrible. She is clueless and slow. It is obvious some of the staff know more than her. Some of the new staff have been poorly trained, making it obvious that they are just thrown into the job. I went the other day and there were piles of trash in the front, I overheard one of the girls mom’s say that she takes it home a lot because the manager does nothing about it. Robin is also always on her phone and I have overheard her gossip about others at the front desk. Rethinking manager position would probably be wise.

Since there is only one review I’ll write one. I love, love, love this place. In signed up at the perfect time with a friend. They have always been nice there and informative of the new products out. I had always used the memorial road location and when I signed up it was a guy working… He was awesome… I moved to Stillwater and tan there however their equipment isn’t as nice, and they do not have the red light therapy booth. I am about to move again to Houston and wish they would expand their business there.

If the NW Expressway location was available to review I would give them 5 stars. Bethany is so sweet and professional. She signed me up, got me tan, and out the door in 23 minutes! This location needs to focus on additional training for the employees closing. Not much knowledge about beds, etc. In any case Riviera is the best tanning salon I’ve been to in Oklahoma. CLEANCLEANCLEAN. Convenient locations and hours and their prices cannot be beat! So glad I found you!
