I lived here in 2011 – 2012. I moved by myself from California for a job and with a short amount of time, I had to find a safe and nice place to live in. During my first week of living here, my electricity had shut off because of some miscommunication with OGE. I didn’t have any candles, flashlights or anything, and to be without electricity during the crazy Oklahoma weather was scary. Luckily, the leasing office was still open and Amy was there to give me some comfort. She provided me with some candles that I could use for the night. Still, I was freaked out about being alone with no electricity! Amy could sense my anxiousness and offered me to stay in the model apartment until I got my whole electric situation set up. The gesture was unforgettable. I couldn’t imagine being stuck in my apartment in the dark, not being able to cook or do anything! Luckily a couple of hours later, my electricity came back on and I didn’t need to stay in the model apartment. But I’ll never forget the thoughtfulness of Amy. She was so kind. They keep the grounds fairly clean. The staff is nice. The pool is nice especially during the summer. They also have a grill around the pool area which you can reserve for a couple of hours. They also have a business center with the works. They’re laundry area needs an update but everything still works. The gym area has all the basic machines you need. They have put in new TVs which is nice so that you can workout and watch a show. I really liked that the complex was gated. Made me feel safe. Also, parking was usually plentiful in the building that I was in. I’d recommend a carport though to protect your car from hail damage. My poor car still has lovely dents from a hail storm. I also liked that the apartment was so close to restaurants, the mall, walmart and target. I worked in downtown so the drive was a short one. Overall, the apartment was nice. People were friendly. Good neighborhood and close to everything.

These are nice apartment complexes but, pricey. I don’t know if its worth the price you pay. This is my first apartment and I signed a renewal on my lease but, after this lease agreement is up. I’m out of here. The manager Amy isn’t friendly. Snobby. The guy who takes care of the payments, his name is Ken he is a sweet guy but, I think it’s time to retire. He is very confusing via email. That’s why I give this complex 3 stars. Great location though. :-\
