Taco Bell

Always a treat. They never get my order wrong, even when I ask for modifications. With all the overpriced places in Greenwich, Taco Bell never disappoints.

They can’t even do 2 separate orders at the drive through, plus I sense a bit of attitude when I order. Do you not like working at Taco Bell? For some one in the hospitality business they didn’t show much hospitality…
Honestly it ruined my late night stop after yachting at the yacht club.
Lose the attitude and maybe I’ll toss you the 5 stars.
My retarded nephew can handle 2 drive threw orders from one car… His resume is on linked in. Hire him.

Apart from waiting on the line so long last night, they wrapped the burritos in the wrong wrapping paper, and because of it we all ended up eating the wrong order then to top it off my boyfriend ended up with food poisoning which was not a pleasant situation for neither him or I. what really sucks is that we were away and on vacation so this made the whole situation even more unpleasant not what I was expecting from Taco Bell.

Ordered a bacon breakfast crunchwrap, Cinnabon bites, and two coffees. Drive through, no line, 8am on a Sunday. Starts off with the girl taking the order saying «give me a second». Asks if we are ready to order so we start ordering. Responds again with «sorry give me a second». Put in out order. She asked how many sugars in each coffee about 5 times at the drive thru. Okay, maybe she’s new, we thought. Everyone has bad days. Upon getting to the window, we waited about 10 minutes and during that time, she asked another 5 times how many sugars and half and halfs to put in. Then, a coworker pokes his head out the window, almost into our car and asks in Ebonics, «everything good»? Extremely unprofessional. As we are waiting for our food and she keeps asking us about how many sugars, we hear her talking about us to the same guy. Comments like «why does she keep looking at me» «she’s confusing me» Etc. We were looking at you (not even rudely) because it’s been 15 minutes and HELLO this should have taken you 3, if that.
Extremely rude, slow, and unprofessional.

Terrible service. Took almost a half an hour to get my food. I would avoid this place if you are looking for a quick bite.
Would have voted zero stars if it let me.

I use to come here a lot when working in Greenwich but haven’t been. Its still not bad. no issues, the cashier are friendly and didn’t rush me to decide on their huge menu. Free refill drinks.

Worst taco bell of my life. They got our order wrong twice, forgot half of it once. The stoned kid taking orders at the drive through was a surly jerk and also wouldn’t let us add on to our order at the window. Made us drive around three times and then wait in the parking lot for our food which by that point was cold and horrible and wrong. NEVER AGAIN.
