Your Fondant Memories

I bought a 30^th Birthday Cake from this place and was not happy what so ever about it. I had contacted this company over a month in advance to place a Yankees 30^th birthday cake order. I had given them several pictures to look over of examples of cakes I had liked. I was emailed a description of what they were going to do for my cake to make it unique, but incorporate elements of the cakes from the pictures I sent. The description sounded great and I was excited for the event day to come so I could see the cake.
Well the event day came. It was time to bring out the cake for the surprise, which was also going to be the first time I had seen it, and I couldn’t believe what I saw. The cake was nothing like what I had imagined or what I was told it was going to be. It was missing elements that I was told would be on the cake and it was the wrong color. The cake looked like a kids birthday cake and my boyfriend, who was the birthday boy, asked me if I had made it! I was so embarrassed and horrified. I was told my various guests that it was a dry cake and seemed like it was made days in advance and just put together. I spent good money on this cake and it was not at all worth it. If I had seen it before it came out, I would have never had it presented.
Be cautious of what you get from here. I suggest you look somewhere else!

I’m on a break at the
Birthday Party event in Gulfport right now. Your Fondant Memories was nice enough to provide the birthday cake for everyone here as part of this great event. I just tried the red velvet cake, and ZOMG MUST WRITE REVIEW NOW.
It was moist and delicious, but not so heavy that I’m going to regret it later. That was just awesome, and I’m about to go back and try everything else they’ve brought with them.
A local businesses that makes an awesome and delicious product, as well as supports other local businesses in the area… yup, that’s right up my alley! :)
