Excellent service! My truck got a flat tire at 4:00 in the afternoon on a friday, & Gateway sent a tech to help me change the tire & follow me back to their shop & proceeded to change all 4 of my worn out tires in a matter of 45 minutes. The employees here went absolutly ABOVE & BEYOND any expectation I had. Just phenomenal service! I will HIGHLY recommend Gateway to everyone I know! THANK YOU!

Seeing diversity behind the counter of any company tells me that they care about their customer base. It’s not something that happens by accident, but after careful planning. I take this to mean that they have also put thought into other facets of my experience, many I am probably just am too busy to notice. Most likely because the service here is very fast and professional. Did I meantion they also have comfortable chairs & popcorn freshly popped?

We have a friend in town from Florida and got a nail in her tire so we took it to Gateway Tire in Olive Branch. We were told over the phone it was going to be $ 18+ tax which is a bargain in my book. She and my husband are both military. She was wearing her US Navy sweatshirt and of course I was wearing a Navy shirt lol. When we came back to pick it up it was given as a courtesy. We weren’t sure why… Then I realized well duh! It was very sweet and very much appreciated. ;)
