Kat is the best hair stylists there but the receptionist can’t get it together. Call and ask for her, they give you a time and you ask how busy it is; you’re told there is an approximately 20 – 30 minute wait. I get up there and I’m told you need to come back in 2 ½ hours because she is doing a color. She has been doing the color for a while. It is hard enough to get into to see her and then the people working can’t get it together enough to give right times. My business will be used elsewhere considering this is the one of many ones this has happened. The salon is a joke, the owner needs to get her people trained.

What do you expect? It’s Supercuts! This is not a salon. Having made this informative public service announcement, I must say… all the stylists here are nice, professional, and at least try really hard at their jobs. I used to be picky, and that’s when I left the most disappointed. I leave happier each time having instructed the stylist «I trust you, just make me beautiful.» Of course, I’m a guy. I can’t speak for guys and girls who want lavish things done to their hair. However, I do like a certain style. Go with Kat, she’ll keep you entertained while making you look like a badass.
