I ran out of gas in downtown Olympia near their shop and though they don’t typically provide assistance of that nature, the manager sent someone right over with a gas can and got me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. The staff are friendly, professional and went above and beyond to assist me. I am highly satisfied, and I would recommend this shop simply due to how wonderfully they treated me. Thank you, Lloyd’s Automotive!!!

The transmission in my vehicle went kaput a few years ago for the 2nd time. I resolved not to repeat my mistakes and to get a warranty for more than 1 year. After a lot of calling around only Lloyds and the Honda dealer offered a 3 year warranty for a transmission rebuild in Olympia where I was stranded. Lloyd’s came highly recommended after taking over Randy’s, and were more affordable than the dealer so I went with them.
I did have to bring it back to them on 2 occaisons. Once for a malfunctioning part, and once for a clip that came loose on the shifter. Both times they fixed it quickly at no charge as expected.
I have had them do other repairs on my vehicle as well which were priced fairly. They even diagnosed for free on one occaison having been a repeat customer and being unsure if the issue was related to work done previously. Friendly service and a very solid shop in my opinion.

I was driving through Olympia when I thought I heard a noise in my car. I stopped at a NAPA store and they recommended me to Lloyd’s Automotive. I was impressed with how nice and clean everything was and the manager was very helpful. I felt very comfortable after describing my problem and going for a test drive. I was afraid I was in for a huge bill because I was traveling through but it turned out all I had was a worn CV joint! They got me right in and in less then two hours I was back on the road for much less then I had expected to pay. I can’t say enough good things about the crew at Lloyds. Olympia is lucky to have such a great place to get thier cars serviced.
