McDonald’s

Nice consistent McDonalds and am always getting what I am expecting. I don’t ask for a Whopper or Sour Dough Jack… it’s a McDonalds. I don’t ask for a hamburger patty on my fillet of fish… it’s a McDonalds. They have pictures of how it should look and it’s usually that way. Just went off my normal quarter pounder and ordered a filet of fish. Warm and tastey. Always receive good counter service… quick and my order is spot on.

The staff is rude and doesn’t say anything to you at the window they just take our money and hand you your food. And then the order is almost always wrong

Waited over 10 minutes for French fries after being directed to waiting spot for drive thru

«Lets go to McDonalds!» Anthony exclaimed as he wiped the coffee from his lip. I thought it was a good idea seeing as how we had just woke up from sleeping in our van. We needed to use the restroom to wash our faces. We got to the McDonalds on Plum and I asked to use the restroom. There were two other young men in the restroom talking and it seemed like someone else was in the stall and had the door closed. I joked with the younger guys a bit. Then they left…
I went inside the second stall and sat down. I felt as though there was someone next to me… i heard sighing and felt like I wasn’t alone in there. I finished and walked by the other stall and looked underneath… it was empty. I went to the lav to wash my hands thinking this was strange.
When I exited the bathroom Anthony was waiting by the door to rush inside. When he came out of the bathroom he asked if someone before him had come out. I had not seen anyone leave… he told me that he heard someone in the stall when he was in there he even heard the flushing of a toilet and saw a shadow exit the stall… next time you are in Olympia visit the phantom toilet-​user guy of McDonalds!!!

I usually go later in the evening and my order is very simple (large fries, barbeque sauce, caramel sundae, water). I hardly ever come during the day time. The people that work there seem really friendly. like scary friendly… for a McDonalds. I’m not hating though. I’m glad they have a positive outlook on life. Also, it seems as though this McDs is one of the few that doesn’t have their ice cream machine go down at like 9 o’clock. I understand they have to clean the machines and what not but why can’t they alternate the machines and like clean one during the day and then it would be like non-​stop ²⁴⁄₇ ice cream and milkshakes. With that said, it also may not be a good idea as many McDs seem to have like a total of 2 people working once it starts getting late or the cashier is working the food counter as well which takes even longer. Although, this McDs seems to have at least 4 – 5 working, so I don’t know how they swung that one. God love the people that work in fast food.

Worst Mc Donald’s around. orders are usually wrong have had a hair in my food here before and then had to argue to get it replaced and not before the manager gave me her bad attitude

I’m done with this location and the Westside location. If you ask for Big Mac sauce on anything but the Big Mac, you get charged for it (as a substitution no less!) and if you question why you’re being charged, the Manager will stand at the counter and argue with you. Not exactly «good» customer service technique. I even spoke with the owner, who said there shouldn’t be a charge for «substitution» but it still happens. Even with an e-​mail from the owner on my phone, the Plum St. GM said it «didn’t matter» if I had an e-​mail or not, there’s still a charge. It’s simply a matter of principle: If you ask for cheese to be removed, there’s no refund, if you add lettuce and tomato to a filet of fish, there’s no charge. So 25 cents for a teaspoon of Mac Sauce? That makes it like $ 90 a gallon…
I asked both Tumwater locations if there was a charge for «substituting» sauce and both said absolutely not.

Its McDonalds plain and simple. The people working there where nice.
