If I ever drop my phone again. This is where I’ll go to repair it. The screen still looks great a couple of weeks on. They did a great job with the repair. Jason was friendly and things were done on time and as promised.

My old, old, old iPhone had a dead battery. I didn’t know why it wouldn’t start up, i just knew I wanted my old phone, that I now use as an iPod, to work again. AND, now it does work again! Whoo hoo, they fixed it for a very reasonable price and it was ready to pick up in just under an hour. This place is legit!

Dropped in without an appointment. Very kind and congenial. iPad was repaired quickly and husband smiled all the way home. We will be back with my phone. Thanks again.

Expensive, and they do not price match or give a discount. Will not return to this location. Shop around before getting your phone repaired at this location

Attempted to take my Galaxy Note 5 to this location. I was directed here by SquareTrade who I have a warranty with. Not sure if they heard me say«SquareTrade» and decided to upcharge because of it or if they are just ridiculously priced, but the girl said they would have to order the screen and that it would be $ 280 for the repair. $ 280.00 Seriously? I could go to BestBuy, Batteries+, Verizon Wireless, or even send it to Samsung for replacement and only pay a max of $ 199.00! She said it was because they only use the best replacement parts… All of the above use OEM screens and that is about as good as it gets with a smartphone… Gorilla Glass 4! Rip-Off!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Poor customer service NO communication. Didn’t call when they said they would. we were left completely guessing… supposed to be done in a few days once they received the part almost a week later still not fixed NO communication. It would have been one thing if they told us what was up… but instead played stupid and gave us the I’m sorry I wasn’t here answer to everything… I can’t believe they are in business with such great reviews… I will never come back and will be telling all my friends and family about my experience…

Great place to fix your iPhone. I have returned here a few times because they are quick, reasonable, and very friendly. Also, I had a defective LCD screen after a repair and they took care of it no hassle. Highly recommended place to get your phone fixed!

If you need your iPhone or iPad repaired this is the place to go. Lately I’ve had a habit of breaking screens on my mobile devices. I was referred to Olympia iPhone Repair by several in my office and I must say I have not been the least bit disappointed. Service has been very fast, professional and friendly. Price is reasonable too!

When you explain what happened and they laugh and say that could not break like that and say that you are lying about what happened and the. n charge $ 150 to repair. Poorest customer service. Super rude…:/ On to the next shop!

Thank You Olympia Repair for expertly fixing my shattered screen. I am amazed they were able to fix it given how shattered the screen was. Yet there it was as good as new. It was done in an hour. They had the parts on hand. Customer service was good. Although $ 140 for iPhone 6 screen was a little pricier than other services, the extra $ 20 was worth it for the timely professional service. Hopefully don’t wreck my phone again, but I would go back there in an instant.

Unfortunately I broke my iPhone screen and needed repair. I had called another company and didn’t receive a return call. I called this company 2nd and they gave me a time to come in. When j got there i was helped immediately with competency. I had never used this service before and was skeptical. I came back 90 minutes later and my phone is brand new!!! They are excellent. 2 weeks later my phone is still perfect and works better. My only slight disappointment is I forgot to use my Unilocal check in discount and they didn’t mention it either. I would have used this one because it is a speedy service. But when you need it; you need it. Excellent service.

My iPad screen finally cracked after numerous drops. Dropped it off on Friday at 1 pm or so and picked it up Saturday about 1 pm. Love the fast turnaround time. They even called it work on reducing apps to increase the speed. They do have to basically chip off the screen but it matches the other dents. Total cost $ 110

The guys here were really nice and didn’t charge me a arm and a leg for trying to fix my phone. It’s not their fault that it couldn’t be fixed. I had water damage. If we lived in the area and needed my phone fixed I would def come back.

I took the phone in because of water damage — it only worked on wifi. When the said it was ready I noticed it said ‘no service’ — they said that was normal for Verizon. and it must be a bad SIM card. Verizon checked the card and said it was fine and that ti issue was likely an antenna. Back to Olympia iPhone for an antenna check — they said were all ok — must be Verizon. Verizon confirms that 3 of the 5 antennas work fine and wifi still works. Back to Olympia IPhone to tell them to REALLY check the antennas. They determine that one is not soldered in and they do not do soldering. At a real repair place, they determine that a shield used to stop one antenna from interfering with another has been cut off by Olympia iPhone and it appears that another antenna has been cut. Now the phone does not work at all. I give them low marks for thinking a phone is ready when it says no service, trying to say its a bad SIM card, not diagnosing the issue correctly twice and damaging the phone beyond repair. Still waiting to hear the remedy they propose.

Had my 5th gen iPod screen lcd & glass replaced. In summary, service great, repair poor… $ 120 repair on sale for $ 100. So far great… Ready for pickup within 1 ½ hour estimate, great… Gave full rundown on tests after repair, excellent… After using my iPod, realized metal edges around screen had sharp nicks from tech attempts to pry screen out, screen not as flush with metal backing, not good…

If the doctor that cures you is a god, then the tech that repairs your iPod is a savior. I cracked my iPad glass by driving off with the unit on top my car! Snap! Crackle! Pip! These guys repaired it the same day! They got parts, which is something repair shops often lack. I thought the repair was reasonably priced too.

The heiress apparent’s 4S would not hold a charge. Or so it appeared. Sounds like a battery, eh? Went to the ATT store to see what they recommended. As her contract has 6 months to go, not a new $ 99 replacement was possible but full price at $ 600+. Or we could schedule an appointment at the Tacoma Apple store(the Mac store in the Crapital Mall does not do phones. Makes sense. /s) And they would charge $ 150 just to open it up and tell you what they think is wrong. But at least your warranty is not voided. I will say the sales guy was good enough to suggest Oly iPhone repair. He could have pushed a sale on us. The sales chick at Oly iPhone was very good about telling us what our options were(battery? charging connection? water damage? mother board?) and the approx. costs. She also advised that some times data is lost when the unit is opened and the power removed. We knew, in short, what to expect up front. True to the estimate, they were done in the hour they said it would take, it was a power connecter. $ 60. And $ 450 less than what a retail phone store suggested. For a walk in on a Saturday, I find the whole experience damn civilised!
