This place is a total rip off went in there to buy a used dvd or bluray internal drive he quoted me 40 dollars for the DVD drive 80 for the bluray. I told him he was charging double the price of a brand new drive he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about.
. Let’s just say I did an about face and walked out, if you want to be charge double the price of a new device yet it is used with no warranty than this is your place to go

Walked into the shop after identified this company on a Google search. Two gentlemen work here the owner, Shawn, and his assistant, Christian. When I walked in, the owner received me immediately asking how he could help me. I explained how I had dropped a laptop and a desktop at home and needed a Computer diagnostic performed immediately if possible.
He was busy however took a moment to assess my problem and a moment turned into almost an hour. although this may not be the norm, he did not hesitate once and recommending all the possibilities that I could take.
The fact that he took time out of his schedule to diagnose during a low traffic time, convinced me that he exemplified excellence in service.
I guess I was impressed not only by his demeanor but also by the fact that he has computer science degrees from USC. He has worked in private industry now for several years owning his shop for seven, choosing a lower tempo route as opposed to the corporate atmosphere at Microsoft where he used to work. Customer oriented… excellence in knowledge. Definitely recommend this team!
