Professional but couldn’t fix my phone and took a long time to get my refund but they refunded my full purchase and are sending me some accessories just for their mistake. Super pro.

I am writing an updated review. I have pasted my previous review below. Please see the attached photo of the manager’s conversation with me. Two months ago Logan, the manager, contacted me to ask if I could change my review to a four or five star rating in exchange for a refund. I let him know I wasn’t comfortable fabricating a review, but I would take it down if I received a refund. After waiting for a month, I wrote to him, since I still had not received a refund. He said it was too late to refund it on my card, but I could come in person. I let him know that I moved out of state and would like a refund mailed to me. I have received nothing. In retrospect, I completely wish I would have had it repaired by Apple, so my repair would have been done correctly and my warranty would have been salvaged. This company is unreliable, dishonest and unprofessional. I would avoid using them at all costs. Previous review I had an absolutely terrible experience. I brought my iPad mini in for screen repair. Tony quoted 100 dollars for the repair and said it would be an hour. We walked around the mall, and when we returned he said he needed to order a part, so we would need to leave it with him. I was apprehensive about leaving such a valuable item without a receipt, but Tony said they don’t issue receipts. I requested an email confirmation. He finally acquiesced, sending an email with only basic contact info. He said it should be ready within a few days, but after a week I hadn’t heard anything. I called the store and was told that the repair would actually cost 150 dollars since Tony did not realize what type of iPad it was. Tony said he had not ordered the part, since there was a new price. No one had called me to discuss this. He had already voided my warranty by opening the screen. When I complained to the manager, he agreed with hesitation to honor the original price, stating he was doing me a favor. The iPad screen took 4 weeks to fix. When I picked it up, I couldn’t help but notice the employee, who I had never met, gave it to me without verifying it was mine. I just pointed to it. When I brought it home, I realized the finger recognition feature no longer worked. I called, and the manager agreed to order a part to correct this problem and call when it was ready. This was several months ago, and I have not been contacted. To make matters worse, the software no longer updates. I wish I could give zero stars.

The work was fast and so far great! I however was very disappointed that I was quoted at one price and when I went to pick it up was told a price that was $ 60 more than the quoted price! I was planning to share this place with many friends since he was so nice and had worked a deal for us… unfortunately that wasn’t the actual case and he tried to under sell another place where I had gone to get a new case and tempered glass. I agree with previous statements about unprofessionalism.

I’m happy! I didn’t do a lot of price shopping, but the guy did a beautiful job fixing my phone in 20 minutes at a cost far cheaper than the replacement price. It was $ 99 to replace the completely-shattered glass on an iPhone 5S after a car or two had run over it. And to the guy who«caught» the owner playing World of Warcraft at the kiosk — WHOCARES?! If there are no phones in there to fix, what do you expect him to do? I’m glad that he’s able to fix the phones quickly enough that he doesn’t have a lot of backlog.

Owner of this establishment messaged me today. He called me a liar and told me to take down this review as it was immature. The owner continued to send messages insulting me for posting these pictures of him. He them told me I didn’t have the«guts» to come and confront him myself. Extremely unprofessional and concerning.

I would be comfortable taking my phone here again for repair. Aside from needing a little improvement on customer service skills, I had an issue and the issue was COMPLETELY resolved to my satisfaction. Repair was fast and done with a smile. Location is convenient and easy. Rapid repair price offered the best deal as well, cheaper than the other repair place in the mall. THANKYOURAPIDREPAIR.
