I wish that I could give them more than five stars. John is amazing. He called me often to update me on the status of my car and was able to have it done almost two weeks early. When I finally had to go get my car, gps sent me to the wrong location, and John stayed past closing time so that I didn’t have to wait until after the weekend. He was so welcoming and kind, I almost wanted to give him a hug when I walked in the door and saw my beautiful car.

Bad service. People are slow, estimates take a long time, and hard to get in contact with. Very slow, would recommend someplace else.

B Street did some insurance work on my Lexus. Not only did they do a quality job on time, but when I had a small secondary problem (which was not their issue), the took my car in and, for a very reasonable charge, completed the repair in just a few hours. I have been most impressed with the quality of their work and helpful attitude of the owner and his team.
