Harley’s Barber Shop

BUYERS BEWARE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I had made an appointment for 9:15am on a Thursday. I received a business call at approximately 9:03am that went to 9:22am. I immediately called and spoke with the owner/​barber and apologized and explained. I asked if I could still come down and was told it is too late and he is booked until Monday. I apologized again only to be called a Fu**ing A** hole as he was hanging up. I called back telling him That I heard what he called me and he replied with «how do you know I was talking about you?» I said I didn’t but needed to call back to make sure and then he goes off on me bad about how I must be a bad business man and other things. I tried to tell him how I was a trainer and understand how that type of schedule works only to be told «I guess you need more training!» The call ended with him expressing how he felt about my apology and me telling him I know many people in the building where we both work and you can count a great recommendation from me.
I have worked 8 plus years working as a trainer and have had clients and potential clients miss appointments. I have never talked to anyone like that and he tells me I need more training?
I DEMAND AN APOLOGY! I will post an update if I receive an apology from this guy but until then please help spread the word by copying and posting on other review sites.

I am staying at a hotel in Omaha and I was overdue on a haircut so I thought I would call a few places that were walking distance. (1 to 3 miles) I called this place at 2:30 to see what time they closed and I was told 4:30. I told the man that answered that I would be there in a few minutes.
Upon my arrival I take a seat and the barber asks what I am there for. I tell him a haircut. (I got to the place around 3:30) This is when he decides to tell me that he is booked all the way until Wed of next week!
Why did he not tell me this when I spoke with him and walked in 100deg weather!
It was a bad experience and I was more upset that there was only one other gentleman there getting a haircut. I dont think it would have been too much trouble to cut mine as well. He still had an hour left and no one else was there.
I ended up going to Ross Barbershop just about half a mile further and the gentleman was more than accomodating and did an excellent job.
The only reason I am not giving this guy a 1 star is because I never got a haircut.
